I really enjoy the food truck and drive all the time to it, but tonight I didn’t get serve because I showed up 10 minutes before they were closed. I work in the restaurant industry and get it but refusing someone who drove 45 minutes to enjoy their tacos seems kinda messed up.

Their creativity is no longer limited to the four walls of their box truck and they have no fear in letting it flourish-- sticking to their mission of being "not ordinary"!! The flavors can't be beat. The portions will leave you AND your wallet stuffed, the staff are so fun and totally fit the creative, laid back vibes of the Not'cho brand. They have fully integrated and made this food hall THE place to be, constantly partnering with other vendors to pair items, collab on menu offerings, and even make hilarious videos (follow them on socials, trust). Jess, Ryan, Conner, and Eli are always so kind behind the counter and have great recommendations. Chefs Casey & Painter keep the vibes immaculate and the menu dynamic and exciting. Not’Cho ordinary taco has always given me not’Cho ordinary service, as soon as I walk up it’s almost like Ryan can read my mind on what I am craving; even when I’m being complicated, Ryan and Connor never make me feel like I’m doing too much and always execute the meal flawlessly!!
