I go here very frequently especially Saturday’s for the tri tip. They just lost a loyal customer as I just called to place a to go order because the online menu doesn’t have what I always get. The first time I call they tell me they only take orders online. Then we call back to let them know what I want isn’t on the online menu and they proceed to tell me, ( it’s Saturday and we are too busy to take over the phone orders) thanks piccolo. Great customer service!!!!

We sat at the bar and had a great evening. Seemed like it took a long time for food to come out. Was fun watching the kitchen and bar staff work. They were very efficient. We've been a few times. Always plan on going with a reservation as they are busy. Wait staff, bar staff, and kitchen staff deserve some praise for all they do to make the experience memorable.

I’ve eaten there a few times and it never fails to impress! Weekend’s they have a sous vide on the menu and it’s so so good.My go to will be the seafood cannelloni!!!!! Looking forward to my next visit.

I’m very disappointed in how this restaurant handles an individual customer. When I have come in the past, I’m always asked if I can be done eating in 30 minutes
It has been 2 years since I had been, because I get treated rudely.
Tonight I thought I would give it another try. When I arrived, the hostess was pleasant and said she could only seat me at the bar. I was perfectly happy with since it just me.
When went and sat at the bar. There was 8-10 seats open. The manager gave me a vey strange look, like I was not to be sitting there. I asked if it was ok to set here. She replied with hesitation and was making me feel like I was not to be there.
I asked several times if I was ok but again she was not making feel welcome.
She then started to walk up front, but then came back and asked if I had a reservation for the bar :(
I replied that the hostess told me to set at the bar. I then told I would just leave as I was not feeling welcomed
Maybe the food is excellent, but I will not know. I will not be returning after multiple unpleasant experiences

Wife, daughter & son-in-law, grandkids & I went to Piccolo for dinner. First time for wife & I and the grandkids but daughter & son-in-law had been there a few times before and wife and I had wanted to try it and we were on the way back from a day at Silver Dollar City and it’s our 40th Anniversary. We were excited to try the tri-tip as our daughter & son-in-law had talked a bunch about how great it is there. Since it was available, that’s what we had. The food was very delicious, the service and atmosphere were great, and the Tiramisu for our anniversary dessert was amazing as well.

Just ate at Piccolo for the 1st time today, & it will NOT be our last time! Our servers Tara & Steve were amazing & went above & beyond, the food was scrumptious, great atmosphere. Alas, we didn't have any room for dessert, but that will be remedied next time! 😃Needless to say, we were impressed! It isn't very often that I go online to recommend restaurants, but I definitely wanted to this time! Thank you, everyone at Piccolo, for a wonderful dining experience! We'll be back! 🥰
