We are very discouraged right now. A few days ago I made a reservation on their website for tonight at 5:45. I got a confirmation that said we had a reservation for three at a table. And we got there and they said no you’re on a waitlist you’re not you don’t have a reservation, the next available would be 845. We even offered to sit outside in the cold just to eat there and they said no, very, very discouraged. We were so excited that they were finally reopened.

Tried the vegan lasagne and I honestly cried it was so delicious! Came with breadsticks and salad which were both delicious also! Very friendly staff, delightful ambiance.
I go here very frequently especially Saturday’s for the tri tip. They just lost a loyal customer as I just called to place a to go order because the online menu doesn’t have what I always get. The first time I call they tell me they only take orders online. Then we call back to let them know what I want isn’t on the online menu and they proceed to tell me, ( it’s Saturday and we are too busy to take over the phone orders) thanks piccolo. Great customer service!!!!

We sat at the bar and had a great evening. Seemed like it took a long time for food to come out. Was fun watching the kitchen and bar staff work. They were very efficient. We've been a few times. Always plan on going with a reservation as they are busy. Wait staff, bar staff, and kitchen staff deserve some praise for all they do to make the experience memorable.
