Wasn’t sure about this place but went in with an open mind. Restaurant and restrooms are clean. Staff is friendly and polite. Had the burnt ends sandwich and pit beans. Sandwich was made with Texas toast. So i am a toast snob…but my bread was toasted perfectly. My burnt ends could have been a little more burnt, but the flavor and tenderness made up for It. Pit beans were also good. I apologize there isn’t a picture but I was almost done eating when I realized it. Now go get some barbecue!!!

I just picked up our Thanksgiving meats and decided to pick up ribs for our supper. Oh my goodness. These were the best ribs I have ever had!!!! So tender and fell off the bones. I am sure we will be getting them more often!!!!

Stopped in to get barbecue by the pound. Can order meat by the pound or half pound to go. Service was very nice. The Tri-Tip was excellent, probably the best in the City. Small sitting area, but good for take out.

Pitts BBQ was so kind to help out local Pack 200 with their back-to-school scout recruitment event/ Kick-off! We had plenty of meat Pitts provided and gladly took some extra to use at our family camp so none was wasted. I thought the sauces were really good, and we had several people struggling with Alpha Gal eat pulled chicken and have no reaction. Thank you Pitts!

To me, the food all tasted old and there was nothing special. The potato salad was the best part. There was a variety of sauces which I liked but nothing special to them. The meat really just tasted old like it was just microwaved from days old meat.

This is definitely the best barbecue in the Springfield area and possibly even Kansas City. I ate a lot of barbecue and this has the best flavors. The sauces are great too.
The Tri Tip was so good we ordered another pound to take home for leftovers. Our kids enjoyed the mac n cheese and all the dog photos on the walls.
