I have only had great experiences at this Pizza Hut. As soon as they moved from the old location, we have been able to enjoy it more often and I'm so grateful to have more pizza nights! They have always gotten our orders right and offered excellent customer service!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Yall screwed up my order and told me everything you "cant" do... I had to get angry to get my food made correctly, then couldn't eat it thinking you tainted my food! If I could select NO stars I would have! 😡
/25 I just spoke with the GM Kurt... I explained the situation, and he was awesome! He immediately credited my account for next time, was sincerely apologetic! As a former food & beverage worker, THATS how it should be! THANK YOU Kurt! Looking forward to my next pizza night!

Ordered pizza for the NFC and AFC championship game. Also got some boneless chicken wings. The pizza was not good. The wings were awful I threw them in the trash. I would have been better off if I bought a frozen pizza at the grocery store period
About a month ago I ordered the alfredo baked pasta. Not with chicken. We ordered tonight and I was told they only have a baked Chicken Alfredo pasta. I asked if they could add extra Alfredo sauce and they said they can't add. I said I would pay for extra sauce and again he said no. So we got our order a my husband's pizza and cheesy bread were okay. My baked chicken Alfredo was dry very dry. Very, very dry and some of the chicken was burnt. My husband use to work at the Domino's Pizza here about 3 years ago and he said they were able to add more sauce and he didn't know why they wouldn't. I was very disappointed and I only ate a few bits that had sauce on it. The guy who took the order really didn't sounded like he knew what he was doing or talking about. However the girl who delivered our order was very nice and did a great job. This was ordered from the Nixa, Missouri store. We wont be ordering from there again.

The food was hot and delivered in a reasonable time, althouhjt the driver ignored my instructions. The pizza lacked overall flavor and tasted as though putting on a sensible amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings would cause money to be deducted from their pay or something. Shrinkflation has hit pizza hut, apparently. I'd suggest going elsewhere.

Multiple poorly cooked or visual appearances from this location. For the last order we did which will be the last from this location I filled out the customer service feedback and was told I would be in contact with the store and never heard from anyone. Sent a follow up email and refilled the survey with zero response. Poor customer service and food.
