Been here multiple times over the last few years. They're usually really good, like any fast food chain I've had an experience or two I wasn't real pleased with, but overall it's a good store for sure. Friendly staff that is helpful, food is usually very fresh and hot, and they're pretty good at being expeditious. All in all I enjoy this Popeyes a lot and will continue eating here

Literally have been waiting for 45 minutes, watched scores of people leave with food, only to find out after 3 inquiries my order was given to someone else and it would be another 15 minutes. Single worst service - always the same manager when these things happen.

Great food and great service! Kale(not sure if thats how you spell his name?) was very helpful! He even helped me bring food out and held the door for me since I had a lot in my hands! I don’t think anyone at a fast food restaurant has ever helped me and held the door like that before so this was a very kind gesture. Definitely would return back to this location just because Kale was so kind!

Thank you for making up for last time with the cherry pie and apple pie. I wouldn’t normally order them but they turned out really good especially the cherry pie. Today, I placed my order at the wrong location through the mobile app, but the gentlemen were nice and patient about it. I’ll remember to place my order in the right location next time. The Ozark location referred to me as “hun” which is a huge pet peeve of mine especially considering I’m probably almost twice her age. The food was underwhelming too. You can tell zero love went into it. Anyways, thanks for the coupons. I’ll definitely be back to the Nixa location.

Got a 2 piece large combo they gave me a thigh and a leg no choice and 2 sad sides that the containers were not even half full. And to top it off it costed me almost $17.00 dollars🤨

Clark at Nixa MO location was helpful offered coupons and upsold us so we have left overs for football games tomorrow as well!!! Food was perfectly cooked and served we will return to this location.
If I'm being so deadass right now this place is cool, love the food, but just got robbed twice 😭😭. I ordered a chicken sandwich last night for my sister, they unfortunately forgot it. Happens, I get that. Today though they were really slow and I went back and asked if I could get the sandwich + lunch for myself, bringing my receipt from the night before so they could see. They were not the friendliest but kind enough to do that for me, and I appreciate that. However as they gave me the food, the sandwich was there but the wings were not. This was 15 dollars man (+30 from the meal the night before that was supposed to be for me and my sister) and my lunch :/ the food is really good, but I just don't have the money to be dropping a special lunch on myself for the most expensive part not to be in there. I don't want to ask for a redo as I just did that, and he was pretty snippy and i have tragic anxiety. People have bad days, that's fine, but I've worked customer service. It's not their fault when I mess up, and when they ask for a redo or refund kindly, I work extra closely to make sure they actually get it right this time. It's their money and time, like it's my money and time. Overall really disappointed, it will probably be a long time before I come back :(

We were pleasantly surprised with excellent service and kindness. The 2 men working were clearly working hard and short handed. I appreciated how kind and nice they were. Please, they need a raise. Food waa cooked to perfection.

I don’t eat a lot of fast food anymore, but bringing the Mrs. home from the hospital today I needed some food desperately. I went to Popeyes In Nixa and just sat in the drive-through looking over the menu. Of the speaker I was informed to pull through that they had some coupons that I could use. They were super nice to offer that and informed me that there’s a timer On the drive-through so they would appreciate me picking something out before I go through would help them. I ended spending about 40 bucks in food with a large assortment and got quite a bit of food for the price thanks to the coupon. Popeyes almost lost and incredible employee, he was extremely cordial to the point and helpful so much through the entire process. I am writing this review when I don’t write reviews. The reason I said they almost lost him is because I’m tempted to hire away to handle customer service for my firm. I usually get KFC, but when I got it about six months ago, it was so greasy that I never wanted to eat there again so I was weary of eating Popeyes. I will never worry again because the food was good as well, it just couldn’t compete with the service I received..

I had to wait 12 minutes for my food just to be given moldy tea and I did not receive the correct amount of food even though I said it twice at the speaker and then even verbally reminded and confirmed the cashier working the drive thru window - just to not be given what I asked for… 3 times. For $16 that’s quite pathetic, guess I’ll go somewhere else
