I appreciate you answered back but I expect little to change cause nixa is fast food starved. You have little reason to improve anything you will still make your money. Mcdonalds in nixa is the same way. I have a theory that the owners of the fast food places are on the city council and control who moves into nixa in some way. Little ol ozark has way more choices than nixa!

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Employee refused to even attempt to make me gluten-sensitive chicken wings at my request. Will never eat at this location again as they do not care about anybody with celiac disease. Just put the chicken wings in the frier bro.

For the second time in a row I got the oldest, dried up chicken I ever got anywhere! Not to mention I ordered an 8 piece meal and 5 of the pieces were wings that were like rubber as was the 2 breast's and whatever the 8th piece was I couldn't identify and I paid 29 dollars and some change for that garbage! I should've known the quality has went to crap as I rarely see anyone there anymore except at lunch if everywhere else is too crowded. I predict even in this fast food starved town of nixa missouri you will be closing your doors before long. If there was a negative star rating u would be minus 5. I gave you a break the 1st time but 2 times in a row last time was only 4 rubber wings instead of 5 out of 8 pieces of chicken this time and my dog couldn't even make nothing out of the rubber meat I pulled away from the bone for him to eat. He chewed and chewed and was whining cause he couldn't get it chewed enough to swallow. Pathetic! You may as well pointed a gun at me and robbed me of 29 bucks! Would've saved us all from that waste of time waiting on the rubber chicken! You got me 2 times but never again!

Justin and Clark. They are the rock stars of the evening. I called Justin, and they asked my situation which includes wearing Dentures, and that many things I cannot eat. Therefore, Justin suggested that he make the tenders, which is the thing that we were excited to try, six minutes that it would take.
So he was stellar. When I received the wraps, I was unable to receive them. The wraps, etc., and the chicken inside wear an inedible for me.
But then I spoke today with Clark. He was absolutely. INCREDIBLE!!!!!

Ordered 2 pc bone in chicken and chicken sandwich meal. Half my order was missing- they failed to provide the sandwich at all. The other half was completely 100% wrong- strips instead of chicken as ordered. Manager said I’d have to return to the store for them to make it right. $25 dollars for two incorrect or missing meals. Filing a dispute with my bank since they won’t make it right.
