Consistently the worst Sonic in the area. Chances of getting the order right aren’t good. Unnecessarily rude at times. Frequently not accepting mobile orders. Always understaffed and insanely slow. Sonic corporate listen up this location desperately needs a new franchise operator. It’s hurting the brand.
I don’t think it could be any worse if they tried. The tater tots was over salted so bad. I only ate one and threw the rest away. We ordered over $30 in food and had to throw half of it away. The old saying is never say never but I promise this family will never eat their cheap “expensive”garbage food again. If you can’t even make tater tots properly, we don’t trust you with anything else in the bag.

Just left there with my breakfast, got home and it is so salty I cant even eat it. I've never had a bad experience at Sonics for the most party but this one had to been on purpose even though I have no idea why. I went to the drive thru and couldn't hear the lady and went over to a booth so I don't know that would have been an issue. But DO NOT EAT HERE! especially if you have a salt issue. Waste of money.

It's a decent choice for a burger, the drink selection is still the largest. But it has lost some of the quality.

Please teach your workers the difference between a ultimate meat and cheese burrito and a supersonic burrito because after the 3rd time getting the wrong one after specifically saying ultimate meat and cheese it makes you not want to go anymore

Ordered a cherry limeade slush, they gave me a cherry limeade drink. Clicked slushes for the 1/2 price drinks and they refused to fix it. Literally argued with me, when I paid for it. Came here once before and should have learned then. Management is god awful. Lost me as a customer especially with not owning up to your own mistakes, and rude on top of it. Go anywhere else except this sonic all others know how to fix their mistakes.

Apparently they don't close at 11:00. They close at roughly 10:30 anytime after that they just do what they want. Understand so I don't understand. They should say that they closed at 10:45 or that they close at 10:30. Cuz if you're going to close your grill down you might as well be closed. I can fry food at my house. Not interested...

First off it takes 3 mess ups for me to write a bad review. We like Sonic in fact the burgers were good. The problem is at the drive through we were waiting a long time, then a bag was placed on the counter about 3 feet from the window so I assumed it was for the next car in line however 5 minutes later they hand us that bag! I told her that had been sitting for five minutes she said sorry they have to make a lot of food, what that has to do with why did you not give it to us when it was ready it makes no sense this is the second time this exact thing happened there and the third was I guess they did not understand no onions. This staff at this sonic is lacking something and I'm being nice. Not likely to return to this one and won't recommend it to anyone. Sonic check your video if you do not believe me it happened at about 6:18 pm at the drive through we are in a blueish gray Chevrolet Silverado.
