Placed my order on the app (while in the parking lot) at 3:19 pm and it was finally delivered at 3:50 pm. Everything was cold. Definitely not the best Sonic location I've ever been to.

Should really open the “special instructions” on DoorDash so I can get because some of us hate sides without sauces. Just ordered DoorDash and yet no marinara.

Ordered double cheese burger without tomatoes. Upon arrival at Sonic I was informed they had forgottenmy order and I would have to wait. My burger arrived and waited until I got home to enjoy my food. The burger I opened did not have mustard or ketchup, no onion and two small pickels and a small amount of lettuce. Burger was very DRY and I mean DRY. The burger did not have the great taste of a Sonic burger. I have eaten at several Sonic's over the years, and maintain Sonic has some great burgers. But this time was a waste of my money and time. Very disappointed.

Ordered a brioche sandwich and they gave me a bacon burrito. Third time coming here and third time not getting the food I ordered.
Ordered a breakfast sandwich, and twice, asked for the combo meal. When I wasn't asked what beverage I would like with the combo, I was confused.When my sandwich came, all by itself, I was mildly upset.I let the young lady who served me, that I twice used the word "combo" when ordering, and was wondering what went wrong, she offered the rest of the meal if I still wanted it.I passed, and paid the bill.The sandwich was so good, that I ordered a second one for my daughter-in-law.A + on the foodB + on the time being servedC - on the serviceOverall, I will definitely be back
