$25 for 4 nasty drinks that went into the garbage. Crappy service, I think she was a bit overwhelmed with the whole 6 drinks in 2 orders. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

Placed a mobile order for my usual iced Matcha, different location than usual drive-thru today. I noticed it looked very green, and first drink tasted off. Turned around and told employees something was off. They seemed bothered but offered to remake, there was a woman in the kiosk not in uniform, but wearing a name badge, taking inventory or seemed to be management of some sort. She offered nothing and also seemed bothered, and walked out of kiosk. They remade the drink it still looked very GREEN, tried it, it was still not right(I've gotten the same drink for the last 5 days in a row). The employees seemed even more hostile this time. I mentioned not knowing what the hostility was about, they offered being sorry, while still being hostile. They clearly are NOT the same as the brick and mortar starbucks, and do not follow recipes. This is an almost $9 drink I expect it to be made correctly! And, at the very least be treated respectfully when stating a concern regarding said drink. the worker did not put boba in my friends drink and then we asked her and she told us after ordering and paying that there is no boba at the moment and not in a very nice way either and so we payed for something we didn’t want and did not give a refund. Also I asked for light ice and she did not give me light ice at all and my drink tastes very watered down.

Did not get what i asked for, and was given a little coffee with my cream. I might need some insulin just to digest all this. They do not stay on recipe. Save your hard earned money or make the trip to Ozark for a good experience.

My Fiancé Wanted to order 2 drinks but was only allowed to order one and when I called to ask why the lady on the phone(older blonde) was extremely rude and just blamed it on my fiancé the entire time.

I hate writing a bad review, especially considering I run a business, but this is crazy every time I have gone into this location. The two ladies always have an issue with serving customers with making drinks literally Anything if you interrupt their smoke break it definitely pisses them off. I have tried and tried to keep coming back to this location because I live in Nixa but honestly, I would rather drive the extra 25 to a different location where services is much better.

The workers are way below professional and just purely rude. Every time I have been to this Starbucks I am met with workers that have terrible customer service and can barely make a basic drink properly. I have not had such an experience at any other Starbucks and I well know other people are having this same issue at this Starbucks. Please make a change.
Totally different customer service when there are managers present. Two girls working actually scoffed at my daughters’ order, calling it “gross” when they ordered chai tea lattes the other day. Sometimes this place has great customer service, but I have noticed that it is only when there are managers or other older adults supervising.
Edited to add: online orders are not reas properly, they don’t pay attention to the specifics of iced versus hot or the type of milk selected. This place has made me sick multiple times using the wrong milk.
