I smiled and said hi when I went up to order and the barista wouldn’t even smile or speak. Literally glared at me? I thought maybe they were about to close so I asked because I couldn’t figure out why they were so rude. This happened 11/13 at 6pm. We were super nice. It was very unnecessary!

DO NOT GO HERE. Every time I go to this starbucks location, the staff is extremely rude. The old blonde lady, Paige (I think), who is the manager, provides the most unprofessional and disrespectful service I have ever gotten. When you just get in line to order you’re met with sighs, dirty looks, and treated like an idiot. The poor girl Paige always works with is always extremely kind, and you can clearly see that she is embarrassed of the way that Paige treats her customers. Not to mention the high school students that make up the staff there, and she belittles them and treats them terribly knowing they’re still kids. Her staff always seems scared and anxious to even talk to her and honestly, i don’t blame them. I have talked to multiple people, and this is a huge problem. I don’t know how this manger hasn’t gotten fired yet, not professional to customers nor her employees, and she never has been.

I live in Florida, but MO is home. My Nixa Starbucks is my very first stop every time I come home! Love the staff! They remember who I am and how I like I my coffee! -I’m picky, aren’t we all? 😀 Looking forward to seeing them for the holidays!

This location is a joke I ordered my iced coffee with vanilla cold foam and the snarky brunette and the other girl forgot to put cold foam on my coffee I was very nice when I told her she had not put it on there and she made the comment I didn’t realize we were making braveas with all due respect I paid for my coffee if you don’t like your job quit because honestly the coffee was disgusting and the snarky comments are highly inappropriate don’t recommend this location at all Ozark and Springfield are much better.
I have tried this location numerous times over the last two years as it is right by my work, and EVERY single time I go to this establishment the service is beyond me. The girls there, stare at you, talk about you right in front of your face, they are rude in tone, and lack all kindness. The drinks are hit or miss, sometimes they are nasty and other times they are fine. I will likely not be going to this Starbucks again. I can get better service and better drinks elsewhere. Disappointing when I am paying $20+ for one drink and food.

Always quick and workers are friendly. Never had issues getting my drink here. Wish there was a Starbucks drive through in nixa though
$25 for 4 nasty drinks that went into the garbage. Crappy service, I think she was a bit overwhelmed with the whole 6 drinks in 2 orders. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

Placed a mobile order for my usual iced Matcha, different location than usual drive-thru today. I noticed it looked very green, and first drink tasted off. Turned around and told employees something was off. They seemed bothered but offered to remake, there was a woman in the kiosk not in uniform, but wearing a name badge, taking inventory or seemed to be management of some sort. She offered nothing and also seemed bothered, and walked out of kiosk.
They remade the drink it still looked very GREEN, tried it, it was still not right(I've gotten the same drink for the last 5 days in a row). The employees seemed even more hostile this time. I mentioned not knowing what the hostility was about, they offered being sorry, while still being hostile.
They clearly are NOT the same as the brick and mortar starbucks, and do not follow recipes. This is an almost $9 drink I expect it to be made correctly! And, at the very least be treated respectfully when stating a concern regarding said drink. Pictures of THE CLUMPS of matcha powder in my drink. Customer is airways right, ESPECIALLY when the customer IS RIGHT!

the worker did not put boba in my friends drink and then we asked her and she told us after ordering and paying that there is no boba at the moment and not in a very nice way either and so we payed for something we didn’t want and did not give a refund. Also I asked for light ice and she did not give me light ice at all and my drink tastes very watered down.

Did not get what i asked for, and was given a little coffee with my cream. I might need some insulin just to digest all this. They do not stay on recipe. Save your hard earned money or make the trip to Ozark for a good experience.
Never had a problem with my drink. The girls are always friendly. They make mine perfect every time.

My Fiancé Wanted to order 2 drinks but was only allowed to order one and when I called to ask why the lady on the phone(older blonde) was extremely rude and just blamed it on my fiancé the entire time.
