Sandwich itself was made perfectly. I usually get mayonnaise on the side squirted into the little cups with lids. Today the staff asked if I was ok with the packets to which I agreed. Well, the packets of subway mayo taste like boiled eggs. Will return to getting it from a bottle.

I got an online order and they prepared it the way they want it. I paid for extra bacon, but there was not even a sample on this sandwich. I asked to toasted the bread with provolone cheese, and the cheese was not there neither. They added whatever they feel like it. Really bad experience with that people.

I'm not one to leave a review but we had excellent service tonight. I think the person who made our sandwiches was named Tay by what was written on the hat. Tay was so kind to us and patient. We had came in closer to closing time but made us feel so welcome to order anyways. Great staff.
I love this location. The manager, Sara, is always quick with my order and it’s right everytime. The employees are very attentive and friendly. Only subway I go to.

This place is killing my love of subway. I have yet to get an order from them done right. I order the same thing every time. a cold cut toasted with 50%more meat and more onions. I get a cold sandwich that hasn't been near a toaster in it's life. not even enough meat to cover the sandwich and forget more onions, there's barely any at all. I have brought this up with the help section of the app because they also can't answer their phone. I called 5 times to have it ring endlessly. so at least the last 3 times I have ordered from this store. I got horrible service and subpar food that definitely wasn't worth what I paid for it. maybe things like extra onions can be overlooked. but if you are going to charge someone extra money for something then you should make sure that they get what they paid for or you are just stealing that money at that point, several times by this point.

The service was lousy, don't bother doing online pickup as you'll just have to wait in line anyway. Also they didn't give us all of the order and we were told we're have to come back and"maybe" they'd be able to refund a portion. I know it's just a sandwich place but do

I've gone there before and it was great. Very attentive young man helped me. Tonight 3/10/23 was a disappointment. I noticed that she was having problems cutting the bread and asked if she needed to get another slice but she said it was fine just air in the bread? I get home to eat to notice the bottom of the bread is still very doughy majorly undercooked. The girls weren't very friendly and it seemed like we were a bother to them.
The subway at the walmart in nit's probably the worst subway that i've been to. My kid loves the pizza but I try to go there every day for about a week. And they always said that there were no pizza thawed. After the sixth try, I asked why they don't just take it off the menu if they never have it available anyways. The girl working just stood there and stared at me blankly. We went there at about 630 one night for dinner, And the only option for bread was white bread. We try To order the teriyaki chicken but they didn't have any of the teriyaki sauce... I absolutely love subway, but the one closest to my house is they wthe worst one in our area
Here's the deal, my child was employed here, she never called in or missed a day for any reason, the manager who we will call SM fired a few people then hired more in their place and as soon as these new people got on the schedule my daughter worked a few more days then suddenly there was not enough hours for her anymore. Who does that to a good employee? This is why teens don't want to work anymore, constantly getting screwed over.

I hate to leave negative reviews but today is the day. I ordered my sandwich online which was supposed to be complete by 12:30. I walked in at 12:31 and my sandwich had not been started. The girl asked me if I was an online order, I said yes. This was after she asked another person if they had an online order. Needless to say the just started it then. My first sandwich fell on the floor, eh accidents happen. When they finally got it together and started my order it was wrong and so I said something and she said she was looking at the wrong order. I was going to have to woof down my lunch but the cookies looked good so I asked how much l, she said 70¢ but I didn't have enough change so I said I'll pass because I wasn't going to use my debit card for that. Good customer service would have been "we're sorry your sandwich was 15 minutes late, please have the cookie on us". Well either subway doesn't allow this or she didn't know any better. My thought is there was not any leadership around and not very well trained employees. I will go to subway again but today had to get a 2 star rating.
A guy orders a protein bowl with nothing proper to hold. The cashier asks if he wants plasticware. “Why would I want that?” he thinks sarcastically. Good grief…how else would someone eat lettuce and saucy beef? The problem is that really happened, and the cashier didn’t think they’d be necessary or care in the slightest about charging as much as a nice cook-to-order restaurant for a blah sandwich.
The wife and I both had foot longs. We had a coupon and asked a question the lady could not even answer the question. I asked for soft bread. Mine and the Wife bread is not soft it was crumbling everywhere. I was asked if I wanted my sandwich warmed up I said yes the lady took my sandwich to the back and brought it back I asked why didn't you put it in the oven after she brought it back to me she told me she had to microwave it up because their oven was down. This would have been nice to know before it went in the microwave . They need to learn to talk to the customers.
