Put the order in the freaking bag!!!! It's like 10 things and half are missing!! Now I'm out of town so I had someone pick it up for my kids and their food is not complete. The whole point of fast food is to order food AND GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. COUNT THE ITEMS WITH WHAT YOU SEE ON THE SCREEN. HOW HARD IS IT?!!!

I got a grilled cheese burrito and the cheese wasnt even melted and it wasnt folded either, the taco that came with the meal had next to no meat, i do not recommend this location.

I ordered 3 chicken soft tacos and got beef. Also ordered 3 locos tacos
They were skimpy i drove all the way back and did get my chicken soft tacos but the locos tacos weren't replaced they tried to charge me again disappointed

Two orders of “steak dipping burritos” one order chicken dipping burrito and 1 bean burrito. Two drinks- for $30 and this advertising… not worth it at all. This is a scam.
Dining area smelled like a dirty locker room.

Listen, I know I shouldn’t expect too much from fast food chains, I get that, but why, 8/10 times several items are missing from my order, or the food is barely warm.
I will never mind waiting for hot food. Once a while, when your tired of cooking for the week, Taco Bell or some other place is just a “de-stress” meal, but when it causes more problems than it’s worth… I understand I usually have bigger orders, I’m ordering for 4 people. and I typically check my bag before I leave. I did this time I was missing 2 items (that I knew of) and the fries were stale and cold. I went back through and asked them to remake the fries and for my missing items. Then when I get home I realize I was missing another item (there was about 6 items that look all the same so that was my fault for not realizing it wasn’t there) I shouldn’t have to be this diligent in checking to make sure everything is there, every time I go. 😩😤

Well, I normally never give a review less than five stars at this point I think the new management has taken over and not doing a very good job. The previous people that ran this place 3 to 4 months ago did a very good job, but the manager must've quit and they must've gotten a new one or something must've happened because not only do the customer service has gone completely downhill. They don't even care if you're there or not they barely even talk to you to take your order.
Get your old manager back or get your old employees back because the last couple times I've been in has been worse than ever 3 to 4 months ago. I thought it was great now not too great. I noticed y'all don't ever even respond to none of your reviews just thought you'd like to know whoever owns the place.

Nixa Missouri Location. They have never been rude and always look open and clean. The one in Ozark Missouri needs new management or someone who cares if they get business or not. They always look closed because none of the lights outside are ever on. I once heard them over the speaker cursing and when I pulled up. There was a young lady just leaning on the front counter while a group of boys/teens ignored everyone that wasn't her. I had to wait a few minutes, then noticed one break away from that group, go to the back, and Voila, my food was ready within 4 minutes. I'm assuming he was the cook? God, I hope he put gloves on.

This place has gone down hill in the past year or so. Workers at this location don't seem to care at all about their jobs or customer service and the food here has consistently been sub-par.

You suck. The rice was hard and if you get anything but refried bean,like steak or chicken you will get almost all rice and like 2 very small chunks of meat. You would think if you pay $35.00 for food you wouldn't get the slop you served.
