Constantly gets orders wrong & then wants to act like it’s your fault they didn’t the order you PAID for correctly.

Visited Taco Bell at 12:41am on a Saturday night, with the typical 2-3 cards in the drive through when we pulled up. The wife and I seldomly come to Taco Bell due to the quality of food. We had no other choice but to order food from here due to the time of day. We ordered (2) Cheesy Gordita Crunches. The first attempt we got served one with no spicy ranch sauce and the other with a stale taco shell and a cold flat bread. Due to the poor quality we went back through the drive through to see if it could come out better! I should have just went with my gut before ordering and drove off!! The second time BOTH flat breads were cold and one of the tacos was all spicy ranch with a little meat… and a stale taco shell. DISGUSTING!!! $15.34 down the drain… and just another reminder why I don’t eat TACO BELL!!!

if you want an entire order to be messed up in many ways, then i strongly recommend this taco bell!! want half your items on your order incorrect? taco bell has your back. want poorly made items? this taco bell is the way to go! undercooked food? you cant go wrong either with this taco bell. if you love wasting your money, eat at this establishment. every time i get food from this restaurant i am AMAZED with how badly my orders are. its really impressive! they deserve an award! (a bad one, from the health department)

I just paid 6.99 3ach for 2 burritos with no meat hardly, no onion like I requested biggest rip off ever!. Not happy at all with the lazy night workers that don't want to have to make more meat! That was way too hi a price for a beef., onion, cheese, and red sauce burritos and I got 2 of those!

Great place to go late at night. Fast service even at 10:30 @ night.
Made order after work, forgot my food I called they told me to just come back and get it when I got their manger wouldn’t give me my one item they forgot unreal it’s the short dark hair guy was so unprofessional so disgusting towards me, I could t believe it! Wanted me to pay for the item they forgot ! Unreal not my fault employee can’t ring up the right order ! I’ll be calling corporate on this short guy

Honestly, it is a brilliant financial decision by taco bell corporate. Rebrand the chicken nuggets as chicken strips. Charge customers twice as much for half the amount of chicken. $3.99 for 2 so-called chicken strips.

It's bad enough that the prices are getting insane but now the portions get worse and worse. I use to come here 2 times a week. Now it's maybe once a month. My brother who loves taco bell stops in Ozark before coming over because the portions here are terrible. Some of the staff is cool so I bumped it to a 2 star review.

After spending $57 they forget my sons chips for his chips and cheese. And only gave us 4 hot sauce packets when buying 4 meals. Also the Baja blast was not working. Will be making our own tacos from now on. I also emailed corporate after seeing all the negative reviews for the last few months. The manager might not see these reviews but corporate will now, I specifically told them to review this location on google maps
