Congratulations on the minimum wage increase today. Getting $12.30/hr to kick out these nachos bellgrandes is probably a milestone you couldn’t imagine while riding that short bus back and forth to school. Btw, how many cinnamon twists should be in a order? I was thinking 6-8? Maybe the next time I pay for them I won't have to use my imagination.

i just got sent to nixa taco bell by doordash on empty and its closed til 8 . employees leaving and told me to leave! i said door dash sent me here from springfield and they want a pic of the closed store. app is saying my pic isnt good enough. im on hold w customer service for the 2nd time.

I ordered two of the same burrito and to be made without sour cream and there was no one else in like I was the only person at that time. But one burrito was made correctly and the other had a a lot of sour cream this is not the only time this has happened. I’m a big fan of Taco Bell but I feel the attention to detail could use improvement.

Iv been to many Taco Bell’s, from California to Missouri. Most iv Taco Bell’s I have visited have not had the best service or food. But a man by the name of Brady Huff gave me the best service I have seen in a restaurant ever in my life. I never write reviews, but for Brady Huff, this man was something else and he is the man, the myth, the legend. He needs way more appreciation, I have spoken.

Went thru drive thru ordered some cheese roll ups for the kids, steak burrito x2. Get home no cheese on the roll ups so I paid for a damn tortilla shell. Steak burrito was as bare as it could be I'd say one bit if steak.What a joke and won't answer there phone.
