Went there, my friends card wasn’t activated so a guy who worked there just paid for it and said merry Christmas. after we got payment figured out he refused our tip and said merry Christmas. The workers here are awesome people

Went through the drive-through and noticed that stff would take an order, get money, and serve food to one car at a time. When that car was completely gone from the drive-through, they took another order. This keeps the line at the windows clear, but the window at the box very long. I was 3rd in line, so I stayed, but I was there for 18 minutes. The order was correct & hot, though I noticed I was overcharged when I got home. The worker said they only had 3 people working, it seems that it would still be faster to take more than one order at a time, so maybe they are trying to keep clock times bettween order and service down. They did good for what they were working with, but when only serving one person at a time, they shouldn't be adding charges for items not ordered and not received.

Closed down lobby with no signs up and were rude when I walked in. I had a mobile order. But even with their lobby being closed and associates just standing around, the drive thru line did not move. Very disappointed and aggravated with this experience. They need to be more prepared.

Went in since the drive through line was busy. Guy behind the counter said,”we’ll get to you when we get to you”. We waited a few minutes, a guy came over tapped the screen and said. “It will be a minute”. Waited 5 more minutes and the smell was so bad we lost our appetite. As I was leaving without food as we decided to go elsewhere I heard the same first guy say “We should shut down the front.” I agreed between the smell and the complaining from employees you should. I won’t be back and I’m local. The cars in the drive through never moved.

Unless you like premature chickens cooked in your eggs I would not recommend getting breakfast here me and a friend of mine both got green eggs and when I went up to show them how disgusting the eggs were all they could say was that's just how they cook🤢

This is just awful. It's so sad that no one can do their job properly. It's honestly one of the easiest jobs out there. I worked at Wendy’s in Nixa for four years, and all I can say is that it's gone downhill. Every time I go there now, I'm missing something—food, sauces, you name it. These bacon fries are pitiful. They're not even worth the money because you don't get the full amount of bacon or fries. Even with it snowing outside and only having two people working in the drive-thru, they still can't seem to get it right. I didn't even enjoy working at Wendy’s for those four years, but at least I cared about giving out good food. I’m not going to give someone food that’s missing half of what they paid for

Went thru drive thru..haven't been there for breakfast in long time.guy who took order was awesome at first. I thought to myself, what a great guy. Got my order, drove off and checked it was wrong, no biggy, I will drive back thru since there is no line, well dude totally disrespected me , he had a little temper tantrum. Grow up dude , treat your customers with respect...I hope my next visit is better

Went to Wendy's ordered a son of a baconator. It came with one little piece of bacon about an inch long. I went back told him. I ordered the son of a baconator and show them the sandwich. They said it's all the bacon that comes on it. Was not worth the money. Even took a picture of it. To leave on the review but don't know how
