Church's Texas Chicken

Came here often in the past but slowly stopped recently. I made an online order, go to pick it up and was told they needed my order for other ppl order. I waited for about 10-15 minutes, the entire time they were walking around being really unprofessional. Finally came with my order and I had to ask for my gravy. The really little person in charge was irritated that I asked for the gravy for my mashed potatoes and proceeds so stomp to the back, returned with two big cups of gravy. I didnt notice until I got home that it was watery and had complete chunks of powder gravy. I called back bcz they were about to close but no one answered. I later saw the little girl in a store and wanted to exact justice. I dont think they care about losing customers and I wish I could find their corporate number.

How you open at 10:00 a.m. and at 10:15 you got a 20 minute wait on chicken. You got one job to cook chicken and y'all couldn't even do that. That's just sad.

The one on natural bridge and Lucas and Hunt 9 times out of 10 always has fresh food, it doesn't last in my house. 🤣

Horrible attitude place say they open at 10 come in at 10 they talking about they not open and they will not be opening because they exhaust is messed up but their literally in there frying chicken

They are very nasty, no good customer service, I refuse to spend my money there, every time I go in there they are arguing with one another or with customers.

It was Chaos, in there. The supervisor was yelling at a customer threw Drive up. My Okra and biscuits was burned . The chicken very greasy.

I Pulled there to grab 2 piece chicken for 2.99 3 biscuits , and a small mash the young lady at register was rude ,i asked her do they take apple pay she say um yeaah but i have to get yo phone with an attitude . The food was tasteless biscuits hard with barely any honey , the chicken look like it have been sitting out for several hours with tons of grease and dark spots with a broken bottom wing , the mash was bland with a little of gravy i was wondering why it took only 10 seconds after i payed to receive the food . I wouldn’t recommend this place for food or wouldnt even feed a dog that chicken.
