Service was good, pizza was delivered by a very nice young man and on time.Food was horrible, was burned, toppings were just thrown on top in no certain order, didn't order thin crust but that's what I got with areas where the toppings were cooked thru the crust to the bottom almost. The garden salad seem to have been around for weeks, some of the lettuce was brownish and slimy looking, nothing good about the salad it was horrible. Won't be having Domino's again!!!!

I live 2 minutes driving from this Dominos . I Ordered a pizza for delivery, dude got there and had the wrong pizza and said he would be “ right back “ an hour later I still didn’t get my pizza so I got a refund
Then I go up to the store and they almost give me the wrong order again after I reorder it there

Waiting on my food now for almost an hour.. They told me the food left the store at 916 I've called twice to be treated rudely and brushed off. I was just told that the delivery driver was pulled over on my street.... No I can see end to end of my street there's not a single car on street or much less police car lights reflecting. I told the manager I was looking from end to end and he was not in fact pulled over on my street and it's not his fault the delivery driver got pulled over. This past Saturday I ordered pizza from them it took forever for my food to show up they claim your order has been delivered and it still hasn't showed up. My food was not even made correctly Saturday and took forever to get it. So it's my fault your driver for pulled over and you were rude to me and my hard earned money for incorrectly made food delivered late both times is sunsetting to be played with. I wan every dime back for both orders because this is completely unprofessional and shows lack of respect for the customer who is the reason you even have a paycheck!!!

I tried to place an order online and it wouldn’t let me it told me to call the store when I called the store. The gentleman who answered the phone was very rude. He was snappy at me. I really didn’t feel comfortable ordering the food anymore, but my kids had to eat something. I would wish the people that answered the phone to be a little more concerning and patient with others that’s on the other end.

I will never come back to the dominos ever. I dont care how close it is. My first day back coming to this location and this happens. I picked my 4 boxes of pizza up and 2 order of wings. Yes it felt like everything was there. I get home and start making my kids plates and get to the third medium pizza and it was empty. How the hell do they make that type of mistake?! Why would the box even be over on the shelf with my food as if something was in it. Then the box was dirty as if something was in it. I dont understand. Im beyond pissed. I did not plan on coming back out once i got back home. Excited to eat just to find out i have an empty box. I paid damn near $70 for this order. This is pure bs. Then they guy tried to call me a liar. Claiming they wouldnt do that. It felt like they were all there he felt the weight blah blah. I had 2 small boxes of wings, 3 medium boxes and 1 large box. It felt like a full order. Something like this should never happen. This is terrible smh. Chris seen he had a sausage and pepperoni in front of him and gave me that but it was thick crust and all of my pizzas were thin so he got a thin sausage pizza off the shelf. I was supposed to have sausage and pepperoni thin crust. At least he tried. But he laughed when i brought the box in. Not funny at all. We was all ready to eat and this is my first meal today. Pissed. All of my pizzas were supposed to been thin crust. The empty box shows that a thick crust round triangle cut pizza was in there. So how the hell was that my pizza when i was supposed to have all thin crust which is cut in sqaures not triangles. Come on now. Smdh.. just added what my actual empty pizza boxes really looked. Smh. Thick vs thin. The proof is in that nasty ass empty box. . *update* i wrote corporate and when i thought they were doing nothing and didnt care i received a certificate for 4 free medium pizzas. That was awesome. I truly appreciate that. I still won't return to the Normandy location though. Will visit other locations. Thank you
***since i cant post a new review. I have been having good experiences lately since I started back ordering. It went from no delivery available to getting deliveries finally. Food had been good. Ordered friday December 6th and im vegan now so i order pizza marinara, cheeseless pizza w mushrooms, spinach, and black olives w extra sauce. Its usually super delicious. This time it was super saucey which i have no complaints but now i feel it was to cover up fowl play with my food. After eating enough slices as im biting im tasting a musty taste. Aftwr a few more slices amd tasting that taste i stopped eating it. Then the spinach was weird af. My spinach has never been like this. Wish i could add more pics but i dont see that option. The spinach wasnt good to me and seemed precooked before being added to my pizza. Im done. This makes me not want to eat out at all. Dont play with my food that goes into my body. Keeping track of this cuz let this lead to something else, its gone catch a case for sure.

I stood there for 5 mins listenjng to the employee's argue before i was even addressed, then i wanna kno ǰmHow do I order online 30 minutes before I come and still am told.that I have to wait another 15-20 minutes to receive my food , the service is always horrible , you would think you were on an episode of punked
Don't order online, if you can't take your items back for proof of their error, because it will leave you angry, frustrated and eating something you paid for but didn't get🤬🙄🤔

When I say the level of laziness they didn't even cut the pizza all the way through they didn't even fold the box all the way right I will never be spending any more money at this location I need to start all over again whole new staff worst one yet and I ordered online and still waited 50 minutes terrible

The pizza cooker told me time don't matter on how long u wait..terrible never going back .. wings are trash not hot at all and pizza was burnt
