I called this Domino’s after being told by corporate to contact the store directly regarding a store credit I was owed. As soon as I got transferred, the young lady who answered was incredibly rude and dismissive. She cut me off, told me to “just do it online,” and then hung up on me after saying “it’s not that hard.”
This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only did it take over two months to even get credit for a messed-up order, but now I’m being treated like I’m the problem for trying to use it.
This location clearly doesn’t value its customers. If you ever have an issue with your order, don’t expect help, patience, or even basic courtesy.
Do yourself a favor: skip this Domino’s. Get your money back instead of store credit because dealing with this place is not worth it. Easily the worst Domino’s in Missouri, hands down. I call around 10:50pm

I went to this location because it was on the way to a party and I wanted my pizza to as fresh as possible I drove 5 miles to the location and when I arrived I was told it would be 5 minutes I came back inside and the guy took my last pizza out with a huge bubble size of a human brain they offered to remake but the guy just started making it without cleaning his hands the experience was horrible they gave me a soda because i asked because they couldn't refund me, give a gift card since I see he was using his bare hands I didn't want or have time for a remake the guy told the other guy I was a liar when I said I already been waiting the young guy told me it's just pizza it was so many rude things that transpired. I bought 4 medium pizza deep dish so I paid $2 extra per pizza and I was given a $3.49 soda and told we can't give you anything else we're not supposed to do that im actually hurt because i want better for our youth i have pictures

The man making the pizza is not wearing any gloves. And the coworker who joined him making pizzas did put on gloves, but unfortunately, I watched my pizza to be made without gloves and that’s nasty.

I order from here had it delivered they delivery lady only brought me my pizza she said they didn’t have my drink she ask me what I wanted and she would bring it back but she never came back I tried calling them and they stop answering the phone I will be in there to get a full refund back and I gave the driver an extra tip never will I order anything else from this location
The other day, I came in the store kinda late. It was 30 minutes before closing. All I wanted was a cheese pizza for my family because I’ve been at work all day. The lady at the counter told me that they were closed. As she was making another persons pizza.
Today, I ordered online (not knowing it was the same location). I ordered my food two hours ago. It still isn’t here. DO NOT stop here. For ANY reason. At ANY time!

Service was good, pizza was delivered by a very nice young man and on time.Food was horrible, was burned, toppings were just thrown on top in no certain order, didn't order thin crust but that's what I got with areas where the toppings were cooked thru the crust to the bottom almost. The garden salad seem to have been around for weeks, some of the lettuce was brownish and slimy looking, nothing good about the salad it was horrible. Won't be having Domino's again!!!!

I live 2 minutes driving from this Dominos . I Ordered a pizza for delivery, dude got there and had the wrong pizza and said he would be “ right back “ an hour later I still didn’t get my pizza so I got a refund
Then I go up to the store and they almost give me the wrong order again after I reorder it there
