First time getting food here and I was pleasantly surprised, the food was amazing. Tlayuda was good, but the picaditas and empanadas were amazing. Very good hot sauce. Overall I could taste authentic Mexican flavors and so close to home. I will be back.
Stopped in for a take out order of tacos. Staff was friendly and helpful to decide what to order on my first visit. Food was excellent! Presentation even on take out was exceptional and unexpected. I'm excited to try other menu options.
Try the chilequiles! Just yum! The red chilequiles are spicy, but with flavor, not burn your face off. The green chilaquiles are my favorite, less spice, but a good green salsa tang, and there's hot sauce to add some burn.
The al pastor is stellar too!
But really, make the drive here and try the Chilaquiles, add the whole or chopped steak. Do it, be happy!
