Stood at register for 10 mins ,in that time I called store nobody answered the phone, I yelled hello and still no answer ,I called up front lady answered and was getting someone to come check but a wendys employee went back to go get the girl ,she came out and finally took my order.id give this place zeros cause this is 3rd tomei been there and each times been a problem.todays date is December 9th 2023 at 315 pm

Nov 4th 2023 me and one other person went there and got 2 ice creams and a drink the girl that was working acted like she didn't want to work and had my other person repeat what he wanted when I got my ice cream it was melting on the counter and really didn't want to give us our cup to get our drink and not only that I witnessed both employees leave at the exact same time and even though they both came back together and its was in the 6 o'clock hour

Young girl behind counter came to check once then straight disappeared for at least 20 to 30 min . Had to get the Wendy's employee to get her and when she was told that 3 customers came and left waiting on her, she shrugged her shoulders and said OK......I don't care. Very rude. Needs more training in customer service or to find a new career
