I go a few times a month for fried chicken. When I go on, I always ask if they can put these pieces in one bucket and the other in a separate bucket, and one original and one extra crispy. They are always so nice and friendly and as they try and meet my weird requests. My chicken is always hot and crispy, and if you have the app, they have some great deals and great rewards!

I ask for extra cheese and lettuce. At a significant up charge. And still get very little. Definitely get less than you should get without paying extra as shel is only half full.

To the woman that took the dig into restaurant, I don't know why everyone thinks there animal should be allowed in a restaurant. You said she wanted papers to prove it was a support animal n you never said you had such papers. Animals do not belong in anyplace that sells any kind of food prepared or otherwise.

Food was downright terrible, chicken was tough and had the texture of a Michelin tire, the employee working the counter was very poor at communicating, and did not give us pleasant service, and overall, the experience was overall harmful to my opinion on the establishment as a whole.
Also, do not buy the gelato, as it is a 4 dollar, 3.6 oz tiny hockey puck of unflavored green ice.
Have not been here for a while. I thought I would try again. Lady taking order said no xtra crispy. Another employee said they had a few they could substitute for us. I ordered 2 buckets with sides. The sides were really small. I had to run in and buy more. I had a long drive back home since we had company. Service with ordertaker I feel I should not even comment on. So for the cost, service, and quality of chicken will not go back. Price chopper, way better deal, way better food, way better service

I went into KFC with my Daughter and service dog and was placing an order, until an older staff member came out yelling at me telling me I have to show my service dogs papers. At this moment my service dog is sitting calmly at my feet like he is suppose to, I explain to her calmly that I don’t have to show her his papers but for her sake of an argument and to prevent any extra stress for myself. She interrupts and tells me that she has an allergy to dogs. I told her to stop being aggressive and to please leave me alone. I don’t feel like she had the proper knowledge but with the yelling and aggressive attitude towards any type of customer. I will be contacting corporate about this to have them educate their staff.
