Terrible customer service. Rude high school employees. Went to get dinner for the kids after sports and was told there was to many people ordering and would I would have to call ahead. No one is calling ahead for mcdonalds.. night employees were mad they didn't have enough employees to make the food. I didn't hire only 3 people to work there this isn't my problem that they have to work they applied for the job. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The only polite one was the guy working with them.

Third time going and theyve stopped serving before close. I was with another woman at the drive thru and we both saw workers literally avoiding and hiding from us 😭. Asked someone and they said to go through, he went inside and sat there for another 5 minutes waiting for any sign of life lol. But no instead i catch a worker locking the window and running. Its still before close right now and im continuing to see cars be ignored. I know working sucks but like, the job still needs to be done 😬😬. I just wanted my nuggets man 🙁

Even though people order through the kiosk, someone should be available to deal with customers as they walk up. Off duty employees wandering in and out of the kitchen to get things they need for their order.

Lady at the window needs fired. Shutting the window door in our face after we asked twice for our sauce that we paid for and lying to us saying she saw it in the bag when she never even looked in the bag. She just handed us our bag after the manager put it together. Very rude and has an attitude problem. Manager was standing there too and let it all happen without correcting her for treating customers that way. Dark headed girl with glasses really skinny was at the window with the attitude and manager was wearing a black shirt and blonde hair, around 10-10:30 pm. Tonight.

Manager was very rude. I had a pretty simple request, no pickle extra onion. I’m pregnant and the pickle makes me very ill. Went back through the drive thru and the manager had a terrible attitude as if it was my fault my burger was messed up. Then they had me pull around and wait almost 10 minutes for them to give me the exact same burger except they just swiped off EVERY topping. Very lazy and inconvenient

Super fast service nice staff and well packaged hot food. They added napkins and ketchup without asking big plus!
I’d give it a zero if possible. Service is absolutely horrendous. Drive thru is backed up regardless of the time of day or amount of customers.
