Food was incorrect I literally had a cockroach in my food and a top and bottom bun, and they literally made sure that I had so much mayo that I basically couldn’t eat my chicken sandwich Service was so bad. The lady was literally acting rude and snobby I also went over to the restrooms while I was there, and I found P next to the front door of the men’s restroom and whenever you customize food, make sure that they get their order correct and check in when you’re there because if not, it’s gonna be wrong. It’s probably gonna be miscellaneous items. They are also rude to children so watch out for Hanna and the people on her shift

Ordered big breakfast with hotcakes with bacon instead of sausage. Got sausage and they left off the biscuit and the eggs.

My husband got him and I lunch as I was at work he brought it up to my work. We started taking it out and nothing was right. When he was waiting to get my food remade as they said it was gonna be a longer wait due to not have any chicken and would have to cook it fresh. Staff including manager was rude ripped the receipt off the bag of food treated my husband with complete disrespect. He got back his food is cold now including my fry’s he than noticed his burger wasn’t a double as he ordered. They still managed to get my order wrong after the Second attempt. I called to the store when I got off work and the manager called my husband a lier that he didn’t come back to have the order fixed and she asked all the managers that was at the store. Than I asked at this point if they was corporate or franchise. She said yea ok so I repeated myself. Than she told me you can get the number off the side of the building. I than asked can you just give me the number as I would think a manager would have that info with no problem. Than she tells me I would have to wait 15 to 20 mins because they are busy. I ended up hanging up. Because now I’m not waiting that long to get a number service was horrible. Oak grove needs to get all new employees and managers. Take the extra 5 mins and go to grain valley. As picture shows it looks like when they did attempted to make my food the second time they threw it in the bag chicken was cold bun was hard.

Ordered a diet dr pepper for diabetic family member. They gave us a regular..not good when you live 25 miles away...

Best McDonald's I've had in awhile. Everything was fresh and for once in my life the fries didn't taste like old oil and ocean water

Food is usually fresh because for some reason this is one of the only McDonald’s that has me pull around every time I order here. I have waited as long as 15 mins for a coffee to be brought out for me. Every time I order they usually forget the sauce I ordered. Not terrible but they need to pick it up.
Went this morning while working just to get a Dr Pepper while I’m working thinking it would be quick only 4 people in the drive through, ended up waiting 20 mins just to finally get my drink drive off take a sip and ITS A COKE. One item and it’s not even right, every time I come here it’s wrong wrong wrong. The lady at the first window was amazing, very kind, second window lady was rude. Honestly if you want McDonalds you are better off just driving to grain valley because this was SUCKSSSS

It was very unpleasant; I ordered a Big Mac meal and they gave me a burger that was neither the size nor the quality; When I asked for an explanation, the workers were defiant with their looks; the supervisor was unpleasant and disrespectful
