Ordered a medium thin pork sausage and a medium pan supreme. Live in oak grove, mo and they went to Odessa, mo. When we got our pizza,it was not what we ordered and pizza was very cold. We don't even live 5 minutes away from this pizza hit And this isn't the first time they have done this. The driver was so confused and upset. Called to complain and had them redo our order. Still waiting om pizza. Amd all they wamted to do

I’ve debated whether or not to post this since the one driver in particular knows my address, but so be it. Retaliating would be a very bad idea- Hateful little blonde whom I’ve had several times. Got pissed over a $5 tip the first time and now doesn’t bother to even knock, just threw my food down with the wind blowing boxes open. I also have a very very good and expensive camera system if you’re even interested in seeing her behavior. You can’t tell me she hasn’t gotten complaints. Do better, retrain, or fire ignorant people. I also know her name but won’t post online, I actually have human decency unlike some. Managers don’t care when I called the store, if I even actually spoke to one.

Ordered two pizzas and a breadstick/cinnamon stick order. Along with some extra sauces. Recd 1 of the two pizzas, the one we did not receive was the more expensive of the two. And then recd a double bread stick/cinnamon stick order instead of the 2nd pizza and NO sauces. Order was 30 minutes late, cold. And delivery girl was rude. Threw pizzas at us at our hotel room trying to get away before we realized the order was completely wrong.

Abby was amazing. Friendly and professional. I stayed away from all pizza huts for a long time because of the service. But she and this pizza hut changed my mind.

I haven't been to Pizza Hut in years, but I noticed the release of a specialty a couple years ago. I can't remember the name of it, but it was very good. They also had a sweet tea that was outstanding....the best I've had at any restaurant.

WOW!! Just went thru the drivethru. And this younger girl looked at me like I ran over her dor., told me how much amd practically thru my Ordee out tge window at me. I tried to communicate and she responded with a colder glare and shut the window

I didn't get all my order. When I called pizza but they said they will redo my order but they never did. I am big on customer service. So I expect to be treated well. I was in customer service for years. I never treated guests poorly. I feel pizza hut has really gone down hill. I will not be ordering from them again. I'm sure

I tried ordering on the Pizza Hut App, it didn’t work. I tried calling, the woman couldn’t pull up my account so just left me on hold. While on hold, I ordered online. My order was supposed to be delivered at 8:30. At 8:45, when my order still hadn’t been delivered, I called and the same woman said “it should be out for delivery, call back if it doesn’t show up soon.” At 9:15 I called and the same woman transferred me to someone else who told me “the pizza was ready and just waiting on a driver.” I said I didn’t want an old, cold pizza and would like a fresh one. She replied “it will be a while.” I asked if I could get a discount or credit or something and was told “I can cancel the order” so I did, and drove to Casey’s and picked up a pizza instead. Awful, awful service from Pizza Hut, will not be back.

Terrible Experience – Staff Was Super Unprofessional
We ordered two sets of wings and fries and showed up at the pickup time like we were supposed to. Then we ended up waiting 45 minutes past that with no updates or explanation. We stayed patient, but when someone finally came out, she said it was taking so long because it was a “big order”… which made no sense because we only ordered two things.
When my boyfriend politely said that, she just stared at us weirdly, then walked towards the doors, gave a ticket to a coworker, walked out the door and started screaming at the top of her lungs. She came back in and said she “felt better now” like that was normal behavior in front of customers.
We finally got our food an hour late and got a half-hearted “sorry about that.” The whole thing was super awkward and uncomfortable. Honestly, the staff acted like that was a normal behavior from her. I’m still in shock never have experienced anything like that!!
