I didn't get all my order. When I called pizza but they said they will redo my order but they never did. I am big on customer service. So I expect to be treated well. I was in customer service for years. I never treated guests poorly. I feel pizza hut has really gone down hill. I will not be ordering from them again. I'm sure

I tried ordering on the Pizza Hut App, it didn’t work. I tried calling, the woman couldn’t pull up my account so just left me on hold. While on hold, I ordered online. My order was supposed to be delivered at 8:30. At 8:45, when my order still hadn’t been delivered, I called and the same woman said “it should be out for delivery, call back if it doesn’t show up soon.” At 9:15 I called and the same woman transferred me to someone else who told me “the pizza was ready and just waiting on a driver.” I said I didn’t want an old, cold pizza and would like a fresh one. She replied “it will be a while.” I asked if I could get a discount or credit or something and was told “I can cancel the order” so I did, and drove to Casey’s and picked up a pizza instead. Awful, awful service from Pizza Hut, will not be back.

Terrible Experience – Staff Was Super Unprofessional
We ordered two sets of wings and fries and showed up at the pickup time like we were supposed to. Then we ended up waiting 45 minutes past that with no updates or explanation. We stayed patient, but when someone finally came out, she said it was taking so long because it was a “big order”… which made no sense because we only ordered two things.
When my boyfriend politely said that, she just stared at us weirdly, then walked towards the doors, gave a ticket to a coworker, walked out the door and started screaming at the top of her lungs. She came back in and said she “felt better now” like that was normal behavior in front of customers.
We finally got our food an hour late and got a half-hearted “sorry about that.” The whole thing was super awkward and uncomfortable. Honestly, the staff acted like that was a normal behavior from her. I’m still in shock never have experienced anything like that!!
I live super close. But some nights I dont even want to leave or Ive had a few drinks so its not a good idea to drive. Never been inside except once for a pickup. The food is usually fine but the site is glitchy and the deals suck ass. If they had any competition theyd have to shape up or ship out. Their only selling point is the cinnabon rolls...some of the prices are ridiculous. Usually I go use dominos in grain valley bc they have way better deals.

Apparently I paid 65+15 i paid 80 for two pizza big dinner boxes I got 5kids I called chick took my card number I told her 10 and she charged 15 on card then a guy spoke no English n showed me his phone n said I had to pay 65 when I got 5 kids hungry I kept trying to ask him y he said he don't speak English and I talked in his phone and he said no I have to pay him what his phone shows called pizza hut they told me to check my bank screw this place I'll never order there again and I'm going there first thing in the morning it's so cold I couldn't walk and wait till u see the pics and food was cold and all mushed to one side I make 30a day and that's bull crap how this happened I'll never ever eat pizza at oak pizza hut again or order from them I'll starve first and don't worry door dash is going to get a piece of my mind to

I live super close. But some nights I dont even want to leave or Ive had a few drinks so its not a good idea to drive. Never been inside except once for a pickup.
