Oak Grove, MO - The kids that work here are so very friendly & accommodating. My only issue is that the same order can be wildly inconsistent depending on who makes it, I guess. Repeatedly, I’ve taken that first sip as I’m pulling out & it tastes like water. Or barely flavored tea. Once, I actually went back & waited thru the line again to ask for it to be fixed. But I’m always on my way to work & don’t always have time to get back in line. It happened...
I love my Scooter's coffee and my all time favorite is the hot Twix Latte! I am so happy they now offer an XL option! I come here almost daily and not only do I enjoy the drinks, but the friendly service that comes with it! I am only giving the food 4 stars based on not having any options that are sensitive to food allergies (this is a corporate thing and not a location thing). However, the food items that are offered are tasty!!
The negative comments about truckers not getting service, I had no problem. Parked near the shop, walked to get coffee, rang doorbell, and a sweet lady took my order. Hand 0 issues. But I also did notice a new doorbell and cameras set up, they wernt there from previous pics. I assume they were having issues with previous doorbell. Just give this place another chance drivers ^_^
