Went there twice and had a terrible experience. Waited for about 25-30 with no line to order and nobody helped me. Ended up driving away. Second time I was there, only ordered a ice cream cone and the girl took about 10-15 minutes to take my money then struggled for about 15-20 minutes to get the ice cream machine to work while this guy was sitting on the countertop in the back not helping her just on his phone. That place really needs some help!

I’m genuinely curious as a lm an unfortunate resident of Oak Grove how often do people order the ultimate meat burrito? .. it is NOT the supersonic burrito its uniquely its own. Every other time I order it from this Oak Grove location they either make it just right or whoever runs the grill doesn’t know what they’re doing.. yes i understand it’s fast food I get it.. not trying to sound mean but just a little puzzling 😅😂

This is the worst place anyone could ever stop at. I sat in the drive-through for over five minutes with no one even saying anything to me. Then I drive around and see one of the employees sitting on her phone. There is absolutely no way that this place can be making any money. It’s really frustrating that this is customer service these days. This is not the 1st time that this happened. Hopefully someone at the corporate office cares enough to figure out who is really running this place.

Ordered 1 r44 blackberry sweet tea with lemon wedge. 2 half cut r44 teas a nd a grape slush with nerds. Waited 25 mins on 4 drinks and then when delivered we were informed by the girl she just got back from break and made our drinks. My issue isn't even the time. None of the drinks were anything we ordered and no one tried to fix the issue. Glad I don't live 8n town cause I'll never be back here.

Ordered sat for 30 minutes another car next to us got our food and theirs thank goodness the pay option wasn't working at the space we was in so we hadn't paid yet. Buzzed again to find out they thought we had our food ...no good bye! So this isn't the first time we've had problems with this location thought we would try again but nothing has changed.

I waited 30 mins on a drink and chicken sandwich just for them to bring my drink and said one of the workers deleted my order ,then I gotta watch on them to put the money back on to my card for the sandwich I ddnt recieve and waited another 10 mins on a receipt for them to forget that too.ive gave 3 chances to this place and each time it's always something,I'll just go one in grain valley
Food was dry and burnt drink was sour customer service was bad.

Go through the drive through at 8:35 pm with only 1 car in front of me. Ordered 2 small resses blast with extra resses and one small m&m blast. I proceed to wait over 20 minutes for my desserts. I get them being completely overflowing and pouring down this side of the containers and all over my cup holders. Then when I get home I find that they lightly dusted the top of the ice cream with resses and called it a day. Paid extra money to have extra resses and did not even get the bare minimum amount. What a huge disappointment and terrible experience. Not the first time having a bad experience here so should I really be shocked.

Stopped by about 945 to grab some food. Ive only been through this location a few times despite living so close as another time or two systems were down. Overall id give it 4 stars but tonight they got 5, Maurice was personable, and got the food out fast hot and fresh. Give the guy a raise

02-21-25 First time I ate here it was delicious but last few times the food has been different tonight my fiancé grabbed me food while working tonight and as I was eating I found hair in my food and the burger made me feel queasy. There was more hair when you lifted the burger patty and such. There was more fries were over cooked as well. And when going through it the hair kept breaking off into pieces and I have red hair mind you. Awful experience we won’t be eating from here again!
