Sheryl is the slowest person I’ve ever met. There was 2 people in front of me in line and it took over 30 minutes to get to me. Once it got to me, she huffed and puffed throughout the whole order while rolling her eyes. I also shouldn’t have to deconstruct my sandwich and remake it myself because of how poorly and sloppy it was made. Literally your only job is to make the sandwich. Get rid of Sherryl for the love of god. This place is horrible.

3 of us from my family went in to get food on Friday night. It was 8:20 and we were treated like the scum of the earth for wanting the lady to make our food. My daughter ended up going with her dad about 10 minutes before we were there and she said the same lady acted like she didn't have the time of day to make anything. She was very impatient and kept huffing anytime we would discuss what all we were getting. They had a couple new menu items we were discussing trying. It wasn't an ungodly amount of time or anything. But she acted like we were such an inconvenience coming in and spending 50 bucks. She was sloppy and gross. I stopped coming here and she just reminded me why after a year. I'm highly disappointed. I won't be back. I'll drive to another town for subway if I want it.

After I got my sandwiches home my sandwich was a mess. I called they said they would remake. After I got down there he did not want to remake it. Had to call the manager. He then put four people in line ahead of us before he finally made it after his manager told him to. I have never had such terrible service at Subway before! Alex was his name.
While stopping for food, we picked this one cause it was close to our route. The service from the two sweet ladies was wonderful and the place was very clean. I'd highly recommend if you are traveling and want subway.

If I could give negative stars I would! Worst place I’ve been to!! Haley was rude and acts like any customer is an inconvenience to her! Don’t know if she’s a manager or not but she definitely needs to be fired obviously she doesn’t want to be there!

Went in and didn't know what I wanted and staff was very friendly help me and recommended my new favorite sandwich very clean and organized cookies were a little crunchy for my likings so she accommodated the kind of cookie I was looking for haven't been there since the remodel and will definitely be back ❤️
