My wife and I went to Kansas City for the first time to catch the game. We don’t have Waffle House where we are from so we wanted to try it. Food was great. Service was outstanding. The lady serving us was super sweet and helpful. Her name was Annalise I believe. (Sorry if I butchered the spelling lol) If we ever come back to the area we will definitely stop in again. By the way… Waffle House has their own theme song. Apparently.

The food was kinda slacking for a waffle house but it was still good and made correctly I work overnights and this is a beacon In the night since it's the only thing open that late but it feels like a waffle house should feel at 4 in the morning. Good experiences every time never any complaints

I tried to order food to go on line but they wanted me to pick it up in South Carolina . So I ordered at the store in oak grove. 2 waffles to go, seemed kinda expensive so I ask why? They charged me $4 because it was to go. They said it was for condiments. I said I don't need anything I'm taking them home! (Like you don't need syrup or butter if you eat there) they said well its for the containers. 4 bucks for 2 plastic plates! I'll never go baxk!

Went in on a Wednesday 1030am ish. The bar area was full and they had 3 tables. We waited a minute to be greeted but Shauna gave eye contact letting us know she will be right there...she came with menues and silverware then gave us a minute. Shauna was attentive, considerate, and efficient...I ordered eggs over medium, toast,sausage,hashbrowns,and a waffle...the pecan waffle was delicious...everything came out hot...Shauna did a great job

The cook grabbed raw chicken out of fridge with gloves put it on grill then grabbed the bread for grilled cheese and put onions on hash browns never changing gloves So gross can you say cross contamination They need food safety training
