Food is good and seems like the only location that knows what a chocolate frosty is. The only reason I give it three stars is for the behavior of the manager. Their order screen did not give me an option for one of my items so I went up and asked for it to be left out. I did not ask for it to be paid right then and there because I know there was other people in line and she chose to go ahead and make the item and I get correcting the action from a burial position, but it was unprofessional of her to do it in front of customers.

It’s sad we got here after driving 10 hrs came in I had to clean the both myself. But the young lady that was working was just there at the counter talking away. These employees need to learn how to clean.

I asked the tall skinny guy if I can get a refill on the strawberry lemonade before I leave and he said yes. When I went to leave after eating a waited in line to find out I can’t from another worker. Such a shame. Won’t spend money here again.
Chicken was unedible, tuff chewy,nasty,worst chicken breast I've eaten, people seemed uncomfortable with order taking and order preparation, seemed unknowlegded with what to do,dropped stuff,very unorganized and unprofessional, never will I come back here,im a trucker and I'll avoid this place at all cost,sad because wendys is decent food,but this place is terrible, do not respond to me,im just giving others a heads up

So I had a mobile order but because I was 2nd order on the que, they let my food sit made for appx 5 minutes. I knew it was my food but instead of getting food out and clearing the order they felt had to go in order of when the food was placed.

These people want to make 20 plus dollars an hour but can't comprehend simple English. In fact they do the opposite of what you ask of them. I simply ordered a drink with no ice and then I got a drink filled to the brim with ice. Do your job.
