Wow!! This Chicago boy, now living in Odessa, has very high standards when it comes to Chinese food, where there are numerous excellent ma and pa Chinese restaurants! And the China Buffet has hit those standards big time!! Excellent food, service, and very friendly staff.

This was our first time at China One. The service was very fast, we had our food in 10 minutes ! The crab rangoon was delicious ! The portions were generous, and we enjoyed our food. We will be coming back again. Give China One a try !

Food is decent but I refuse to eat here. We ordered out and had left overs that I used for lunch for work. When eating my lunch, I found a worm in the food and really wish I could trust the food being made here since I really enjoy Chinese food. I know this place was closed before but I would not have figured it was because of serving insects with their food.

It was a good place to eat ... The egg drop soup was to die for ... I ordered Springfield Cashew chicken and it had no green onions on it and the sauce was more like a sweet and sour sauce ... Not bad but I just never had Springfield Cashew chicken from there that didn't have the classic sauce ... I've from Springfield so I kno what cashew chicken from there taste like ... But the food was fresh and plentiful and the waitress was very good and pleasant ???
