It's fast food, but I gave the food a 4 star for being hot. The service was great. I think the worker we had was the only one there and she was polite and starting to get busy. She worked as fast as she could and we did not have to wait that long for our food. We visited 12/27/2025 @ 11:00. The receipt is to faded to read her name but she did well!

This Sonic went down hill for a few years. But it has turned around. I’m not sure who’s making that place now but it’s a fresh store. Food is fresh and timely. Employees are friendly. I will now go back again and again.

I love my being able to use the app to order my stuff but now it's not compatible with my phone why didn't you all make an app for Android phones instead of just only Apple I haven't been there as often since the app doesn't work on my phone it was so much easier sorry but you lost a lot of my business I was there almost every day

So my husband ordered chicken tenders and there was 2 that was not cooked all the way threw and it was stuck with another one and he dint get he’s sauce he ordered with it other than that it was ok
All food was cold. Sandwich was not fix the way I ask for it. Also had a human hair in the cheese. This happened ab9ut 4 months ago also. I will not go back to Sonic in Odessa again. Looking for where to file a corporate complaint.
