109 brewhouse is a fantastic place every time I have been there. Cold beer, quality food that is served quickly, and great service. I always look forward to coming here because I know I will enjoy it.

We eat out almost everyday and this is the closest restaurant to our house. It’s a shame the service is so bad. The first time we tried this place, my wife and I sat at THE BAR and watched the bartender stock it for 20 minutes while waiting for so much as a hello. We literally watched the couple next to us finish their drinks and we all had a good laugh at the bartenders expense as we walked out with no contact with any employee. The next time we came, we (again) waited for about 30 minutes for our order, which came out wrong. There was some misunderstanding and I will take blame, however, the waitress insisted it was okay and she would bring us a different plate. Then charged us for BOTH plates. When I questioned her about it, she sent her manager to tell me that I was wrong and insisted that I pay for both plates. Whatever, I won’t eat her again, and you can have your extra $15. I’ll take my business elsewhere (not that anyone here cares).

My first and last time there. We sat at the bar and told the female bartender we also wanted to order dinner. She slid a limited paper menu at us. I saw no steaks or salads or grilled chicken entrees, just appetizer type food. We tried for 20 minutes to get her attention but she would not make eye contact with us as she walked back and forth behind the bar. Finally my friend shouted and waved both arms in the air and we ordered. I ordered a cheeseburger ($1.50 extra for cheese). A girl from the kitchen brought it out and it was not the expected juicy gourmet pub burger. It was a rubbery, charred black factory formed burger, and worse than fast food. There was no cheese on it. We kept trying to get the bartenders attention to point out the missing cheese and to ask for ketchup. My friend got up and walked around and found some ketchup from some other customers. I finally was able to tell her there was no cheese and she seemed annoyed so I said nevermind but don't charge me for it. She never asked if we wanted another drink or anything else. I don't enjoy begging for attention when I go out to a restaurant and eating poor quality food so I won't return to 109 Brewhouse.
Nice place for a drink. Spacious bar area with a large bar for seating but skip the food menu. It's rather confusing. Four of us had dinner last night. None of us had much to say about the food except we all liked the chips. Customer service good and the owner touches the tables. We will be back again. Drinks only.
