Not sure why you thought it was a good idea to have your delivery truck come at 8:30 am on a Saturday morning? Cuts you down to one line that is unmanageable.
Not to mention if your employees would actually take orders and not screw around that would be wonderful.

I understand there are pet lovers, however it’s very nasty to allow employees to pet and feed dogs while you are handing customers their drinks. I watched an employee allow another customer’s dog to lick her hand multiple times. Once the lady drink was ready that employee did not wash her hands nor use sanitizer hand spray and passed her drink. I was next in line and I mentioned to the employee if she could go wash her hands before handing my drink to me. Instead of her saying sure she decides to go tell the other employees what I said and all the employees began looking out the door at me. So another employee comes out and hands the drink to me. I saw the employee with my own eyes not wash her hands but instead stands there to discuss why she can’t bring my drink to me. That was very rude and not professional. Sorry I don’t want dog saliva on my drink that I’m about to put up to my mouth.

The coffee is wildly inconsistent. One day it's smooth and addicting. The next it's like chewing on a coffee bean because it is so bitter and strong. You never know if you'll get a coffee you can drink or not. It's pretty expensive to have to throw away more often then not. I only order 2 drinks and I never know which version of it I'll get. The service is great but they need routine for how they brew their coffee / make drinks
