Ordered a whole order of chicken nachos. Got a little over half a plate of chips with about 3 oz of chicken. It wasn't even shredded, huge chunks of hard dry chicken. A sprinkle of cheese and a little BBQ sauce. Sad experience. The wentzville location is the only good location.

Ordered at counter, no table service. Food was good, selected budget buster, still $10 person. Feels like fast food.

Just had lunch. Best bbq at any Bandanas ever. Our food was fresh and hot. We were served quickly. And everyone had a smile. And I have to say itās probably the cleanest restaurant Iāve ever been. Looking under tables and behind them and thereās not even a speck of dust. Seriously, super clean. Had such a good meal I had to leave a review. We will be back. Thank you!

I had previously posted a not so good review. The owner/manager reached out to me and sent us a gift certificate and apologized for our terrible experience.
This afternoon we used the gift certificate.
Our food was perfect! Everything was correct, fresh and tasted great.
Thank you for addressing the issues.
This was absolutely a way better experience

My wife is Gluten-free, not by choice. At six pm they were out of baked potatoes. Two of our kids ordered wing dinners. After a considerable amount of time someone came out and said they only had enough wings for one. My wife's boiled peanuts appetizer never came. They said the new girl mistakenly didn't xharge us for them. Everyone's food came out room temperature and the wings were over cooked.
We have never had a bad experience there before, but will not return to that store.
Keep this in mind when tipping at an order counter prior to any services being provided.

I pre-ordered a bunch of food to take to my in-laws. My husband and I never have bought from this location but decided since it was on the way to our destination we would. At first everything seemed great, we were even praising them for the amount of sauce, as our normal location can be a bit stingy.
Flash forward to us getting ready to eat and I'm noticing something/somethings are missing. I couldn't put my finger on it, but I called in a panic as I was afraid we weren't going to have enough. I originally thought I was missing a whole chicken plus ribs. Upon further inspection we realized the extra chicken we ordered was just packed with the chicken that came with the feast. I was asked if I could come pick it up, I agreed even though that meant driving back 20 minutes there and 20 min back again. On the way I received a phone call from the manager, saying whoever packed the food said they put the extra chicken in with the other chicken and ribs in styrafoam container in the bag. I told her I agree that the extra chicken was there but the ribs were nowhere to be found the only meat we had in Styrofoam was brisket.
I get there and can here Heather telling people they wouldn't have ribs for at least 4 hours. I found that strange and wondered how I was getting a slab then but just presumed maybe bc I was this was the reason.
Heather then told me to wait 10 minutes and they would have them out. I continue to hear others come in as she explains they are out of ribs.
This is where my understanding and patience began to run thin. I'm not one to yell and plus I had family and friends from out of the country who were waiting for me. Heather sat down as if were besties and asked what time my company was arriving, I explained the company was already there waiting. She told me if she were me she wouldn't eat the ribs as they didn't look appetizing and as if she was letting me in on an insider secret. So I then said, ok is it ok then if you can just refund me the amount for the slab of ribs, so I can quickly go to a different location and pick them up. (I was on a mission at this point because I had left my company, and the out of country friend from Whales had ribs on her American Bucket list). Heather proceeded to tell me that wouldn't be possible bc all the stores would probably be out because no one planned for them to be as busy as they were and all the stores were getting hit. Problem 1 it's a holiday weekend so I didn't see that happening and 2 this particular location was practically empty. She then talked me into giving me pulled pork in it's place and I was seething. I immediately called Wentzville to place and order going through with BS she tried to spin asking if it would be an issue for me to get a slab...they seemed perplexed at me asking. So I was lied to, treated like I was stupid, subbed a less expensive meat all because of poor planning. My gut tells me they KNEW my ribs were not in the bag bc it sounds like the management did some poor planning and didn't expect they would need more. I'm patient but I don't appreciate being lied to, straight to my face. Like don't piss on me and tell me it's rain. This wasn't an issue of $ or anything I just wanted to supply my family with a decent meal. Lesson learned I will never be back to this location, and Heather shame on you, and you repeatedly told me you were management. Please do better then in thr future.

Good was delicious and service was fast. But⦠My mom, who is a Spanish speaker, and I were in the restroom. There was water around the sink, especially near the faucets. One of the servers entered the restroom and began speaking very rudely to my mom, unaware that I was also there and could hear everything. She accused my mom of making a mess, even though the area was already wet. Her behavior was both rude and disrespectful towards my mom, who is a senior.

My husband and I each had 1/3 slab ribs with BBQ beans. He also had fries. I had green beans. Neither of us could eat the ribs bc they tasted old and spoiled. The end rib was like jerky. BBQ beans were SO thick and gooey. There is NO way they were āmade fresh from scratch dailyā as Bandanas advertises. NOT our first bad experience at this Bandanas, but it will be our last because we wonāt be going back.

Their pulled pork with potato salad is awesome. I just wish they hadn't raised their prices so much. For 2 adults and 2 kids it was $60. I like that they give you a good variety of BBQ sauces. I also like that you can sub the bread for a side instead.

Haven't been to Bandana's BBQ for several years. Thought I would try them for lunch. Not a good as I remember it being. First off I'm not impressed with their counter order service for lunch. Prefer the table service. Pay at counter, have to get your own drink and silverware and they still ask for a tip when you pay. I'm tipping them to bring my food out to my table? Really? As for the food... BBQ baked beans are good and thankfully the French fries are real French Fries instead of these seasoned fries that so many places are going with. The pork sandwich was a big disappointment. Meat was lean and tender but lacked smokey flavor and was exceeding dry. Thank goodness for the BBQ sauces but good BBQ should stand on its own without the need for sauce. It will be awhile before I return.

Terrible ! I was so disappointed because we had just had the same order delivered days before and the bbq was delicious. The triple ribs and burnt ends were totally dried out and overcooked. The same with the order of wings that were so hard, tough, and overcooked even the sauce couldnāt help. The sides of Mac and cheese, fresh baked potatoe, and baked beans were very good. However $78 for one order of Bbq plate and one order of wings that were definitely not freshly prepared left us dissatisfied.
