The only things I can say nice about Big V's is, it's clean and the workers are nice. Big V's could be a hidden gem, it's in an industrial park and off the beaten path; regarding the food, it's not good just microwaved and chewy. We ordered two plates that consisted of Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket and Burnt Ends and a plate with a Pulled Chicken sandwich. The Pulled Pork was mediocre, the Burnt Ends were just gross and primarily fat, the Brisket was 80% fat and just bad and the Pulled Chicken was dry. On top of that we didn't even get a pickle with the sandwich. Additionally the menu in house does not match the menu on website, I was kind of looking forward to trying the mushroom sandwich and nope, not available. I try to support local small business and wish I could say more positives.

Seriously the best BBQ we have ever had. We love the homemade sauces and all of the meat was so flavorful and tender! 10/10 would recommend The atmosphere is great with live music and fun for all ages! If you’re in STL and haven’t tried big V’s you’re missing out!

Awesome food served here! Vito makes some of the best tasting food anywhere and takes pride in what he does! He calls it CRAFT BBQ for a good reason! Him and his hard working team are always serving on select days at the Missouri Beer Company in O'Fallon MO and I recommend you get out there and experience Big V's!!!

Perfect place for a party! BBQ was fantastic, we had the briscuit, smoked chicken, bbq beans, green beans, potato salad, cupcakes, iced brownies, freshly squeezed lemonade and iced tea. Everything was perfect and delicious. Vito goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. We had over 60 people and everyone was happy, we will be back!!

Big V's food is absolutely delectable with complex BBQ flavors! With the sauce choices,complimentary sides, and melt in your mouth meats-it's hard to go wrong. Don't get me started with the variety of craft brews that make every bite a savory adventure!The live music and atmosphere makes this jewel of a joint high on my list for weekend or weekday meals.Big V's is my west county go-to-BBQ.I've also enjoyed their holiday catering-same mouth watering quality meats with the at home convenience.

I am amazed at the variety of delicious foods Big V's has! Their BBQ is the BEST (huge fan of the nachos) but there is so much on the menu, you can have something new everyime you come. The sauces are AMAZING (I like to mix them). I know Vito and Amy from the "chef world" and their experience and passion for what they do comes through in a BIG way with this venture. Also love MO Brewing - their beers are fantastic and go great with the food!
