Hello,
I’m writing to share my disappointment with our recent visit to Bristol’s.
When we arrived, we were told the wait time would be approximately 20 minutes. Instead, we ended up waiting over an hour, which was already frustrating—especially since we were dining with a young child.
To make matters worse, once we were finally seated, we were placed in the bar area despite the staff being aware that we had a baby with us. There was no booster seat or appropriate seating available for a child, which made the situation uncomfortable and unsafe.
Between the excessive wait and the lack of consideration for a family with a baby, the experience fell far below expectations. We were really looking forward to dining at Bristol’s, so this was especially disappointing when we couldn’t dine.
I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and improve how wait times are communicated and how families with children are accommodated.

The food was very good. The choices from the fixed price menu were very good. The service was very good until the end when the restaurant got a but more crowded and the servers were quite busy. The desert portions were generous...happy that we had to take some home! Only disappointment was they ran out of the best variety of Oysters.

Staff accommodated my seating preference, and took great care assist my teenager's food preferences. Waters always filled, attentive service, and the food was excellent. The shrimp cocktail had huge shrimp and was incredible. All the food was prepared very well.

Love this location over Creve Coeur location. Great food. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. Sunday's they have discounts on bottles of wine. Never disappointed.

My boyfriend and I came in for my birthday and were blessed with lovely service from the waitress Star. She was so welcoming and just absolutely outstanding. We left a very well deserved tip for her awesome service. Will be back!

Great happy hour, great service. Quality of food is always so good and Brandy was such a great server. So thoughtful and helped us with our indecision! Yummy food, great drinks and personable service. No food pics because we ate too fast!
