Third time disappointment. Food took a very long time coming out. I could understand it if the dishes were being fresh cooked, but clearly that is not the case. Fish was burnt. Mashed potatoes were thick and dry. Carrot cake was awesome, but clearly that was brought in and not prepared on site. We used to love this place but not planning to return. Food is definitely subpar. Manager was very nice about it and got a replacement dish. Sorry, too little too late. I feel like they have cheaped out on food quality.

We eat here at least every other month. This experience was generally awkward from start to finish. It was very slow when we arrived however, our server was still inattentive and absent through most of our meal (until the end). He forgot my husband's beverage order and my son was without water after his first glass for the entirety of his meal. Food preparation was solid per usual, no complaints about the food quality.

We were fortunate have had Zach as our server. From initial drinks and wine suggestions to serving the meal with perfect timing between the courses. He is extremely knowledgable about various wines and seems to know the Bristol's menus by heart. Next time we go, we will be asking for Zach!

Our waitress, Brandy, was outstanding. We could not have asked for a nicer person. Every course of food was fantastic. The filet was mouth-watering tender, the potatoes were creamy and warm and the seafood was excellent. The apple tart with ice cream was a great ending for our meal.
We really enjoyed our meal at Bristols. I ordered the mixed grill and it was really yummy. The scallops were perfectly cooked and had a bit of a smoky flavor. We will definitely come back for our next date night.

Bristol has a reputation for good food and atmosphere but this location lacked value in both. A very loud atmosphere for a family to enjoy dinner conversation. Food portions were good but overall not impressed with the flavor of our meals. Scallops were bland and the filet I had was just ok. The sides outshined the main course. The bar was busy with service bar tickets and both bartenders basically ignored us until I flagged one of them down. $30 for two cocktails we waited 15 minutes for is not what I'll be back for anytime soon.
