I came in on my birthday to redeem my 6free wings. BTW, thank you soooo much for the birthday gift! I HIGLY enjoyed the wings.
This was my VERY FIRST time ordering from BWW. Anywho, I was friendly greeted by Mayra who took my order. (She asked was I picking up or ordering since I was stand at the to go kiosk) Not only did she smile and provide me great customer service, she also gave me a few flavor suggestions since it was my first time. I ordered a side of fries as well.
My order was taken at 1:54pm. I came back to pick up my order. And YES, it was ready in to allotted timeframe. I went to my vehicle to eat and baaabbbyyyy I COULDNT EVEN PULL OFF!! I don’t know who was in the kitchen who made these wings but when I say THE BEST WINGS I HAVE TASTED IN MY LIFE!!! I ordered them extra crispy and I was a little nervous thinking they weren’t going to be cooked to my liking. (Sorry I prejudged) BOY WAS I WRONG!! The wings were soooo crispy!!!
Babbby these wings tasted like a piece of HEAVEN and the friesssss oooohhh the friessss!!! Literally THE BEST FRIES!!! I wish I knew who the cook was bc I really wanted to tip him/her! My wings were cooked to protection, the hot sauce was AMAZING, the fries were delicious and seasoned amazing! I mean literally just THE BEST.
I live about 45 minutes away from this location and when I say I will ALWAYS pass up the others to come to this one! LBVS! this was an AMAZING first encounter and I would HIGHLY recommend coming here! I mean I saved the receipt and the order ticket just so I could write this review!!!!! Kudos to THE CHEF! everything was amazing. Literally Chefs Kiss! lol. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for this heavenly experience on my birthday. It was THE BEST MEAL I HAD THAT ENTIRE DAY!
I can’t wait to visit again to get these Extra Crispy Hot wings!!! 10000000 STARS!!!!

Cold food - waited 30 min for a drink, no sense of urgency. Our waiter was very kind, but he was given way too many tables. They’re all signs of poor management. You need to do a check on this location ASAP.

I visited Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our order was mistakenly given to another table, and we weren’t notified until about 45 minutes later. In total, it took more than an hour to receive our food, and when it finally arrived, it still wasn’t prepared as requested. What was most frustrating was that no apology or acknowledgment was offered. I understand it was a busy day, but the lack of communication and care made the experience very frustrating.”

When I checked in the host said “we don't take reservations “. Another server said she has never heard of Open Table.
Ava was my server and she was excellent! The food came out fast and was good quality. She was very accommodating to my husband’s neediness which we appreciated! Drinks staying full made for happy customers!

Sam is awsome!! Sam was our server and we got excellent server and made us feel right at home!! Devon was also fantastic!! She came by the table and made sure every was tasting great, even made sure we had straws, 10/10 would recommend!!
