Ordered the pick 6 meal and kids meal for pickup 2 had bbq and the other mango habanero when I got there they handed me the food without the drinks after gettin them got back home just to find out the order was wrong food was cold wings were dry and had no sauce on them will not be coming back to this location

I genuinely don’t understand how this place has a 4 star rating. I have walked out of here twice now due to being seated for more than 20 minutes without a waitress taking a drink order or at least even stopping by. Horribly slow service. If your servers can’t manage their tables, stop seating them.

They forgot half our order for take out. I called them and they said “there’s nothing we can do” and the lady said she was busy and she was going to have the manager call. No surprise they didn’t call. Food that we did get was gross and dry.

First time back in about 3–4 years. The last Buffalo Wild Wings we visited (in Virginia) was much better, so we had higher expectations.

We ordered takeout using the 2 for $20 deal. The wings were cold even though we live only 5 minutes away. Teriyaki sauce was overly salty with no real flavor, Lemon Pepper was underwhelming, and honey barbecue was just okay but again, cold.

The fries were extremely dry, the celery had brown ends like it was starting to go bad, and the chocolate cake was very dry as well.

Overall, not worth the money. I don’t see myself returning to this location.

Will not be returning. Went on Friday night, and waited 2 hours! I totally understand an hour when its a busy Friday night, but never 2. There was plenty of seating available, so we were seated fairly quickly. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. Took nearly an hour to get the appetizer. The waitress sat it down, and said it was nice and hot. Wrong! Barely luke warm. Didn't take issue with that. We still had hope at that time that the rest of the meal would be good. There was just 2 of us, but we sat and watched tables of 4 or more that were seated after us get served their meals. At an hour and a half my husband finally gets his salad. At 2 hours the waitress proudly plops our wings down. My husbands wings were not fresh from the fryer hot, but they were toasty and delicious. Mine were cold and disgusting. If it were the kitchen that was backed up as the waitress said wouldn't the food we finally received be hot????? I don't understand this at all. I sent my wings back, and we asked for a to go box for my husbands. At that point we had already been there over 2 hours, and no longer wanted to be there. The waitress did take off for our drinks, and took my wings off the bill since I technically didn't even get any. As we were leaving a couple that was seated at the same time we were was getting their check as well. They had never even received their food. What is going on with this place?? I hear everyone raving about the food, and my experiences have been horrible.

I will not be ordering from here anymore. Every single time, whether I dine in or order take out the wait is too long, the food is cold, and always always always part of the order is missing and I have to go back in to ask for it. It has never even been prepared and just not put in the bag, they always have to make it from scratch, and the staff make a huge stink about how I’m being unreasonable for wanting the food I paid for. And it’s never just a side of fries. A few weeks ago I ordered for a party and several entrees were missing. Ordered again today through uber, and our dessert was missing. Do not eat here, go to the one on Midrivers Mall Drive. This location is terrible and should be shut down.

I did an online pick up order, My husband arrives and waited 10+ minutes while there are 3 employees just standing there talking to each other. They would look over at him then look away and start talking again. Then he get home with our wings which was a 20 piece 10 for him 10 for me. Grabbed out the wings and they for some reason seperated them 7 7 6. So I got 6 and he got 14. Open my wings and there is barely any sauce on them. Pizza hut sauces their wings better! Not worth the time or money Honestly.

I would think that 0 running water in restroom sinks would be a major healthcode violation yet this place stayed open with no signs or explanation in the middle of flu season. Hard pass. Nope.

The Wings are like chewing on leather. Dry as hell. My gums feel like I ate a bowl of Capn Crunch with no milk. And the drain flies. Just can't fathom returning.

If you’re really craving BWW, go to the one on Mid Rivers. This location has the worst service I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. No matter if it’s busy or dead, you’ll end up wishing you went elsewhere.

Do not bother. I have been to this location several times and it has gotten worse every time. 15 minutes before anyone took our drink order another 15 minutes before I got my beer and when I got it was wrong. The server didn’t apologize as a matter of fact she said nothing. The manager did comp my beer after asking if the food would take as long to get. The dining room was at 25 percent capacity and I witnessed two tables walk out before ordering because the service was so slow. Every patron was frustrated. There are too many other places to get overpriced skimpy wings. If this had only been the only time I would not have written a review but it’s been the last 2-3 times.
