When I checked in the host said “we don't take reservations “. Another server said she has never heard of Open Table.
Sam and Devon were absolutely amazing, they both sweethearts and were amazing to us our whole visit
Sam is awsome!! Sam was our server and we got excellent server and made us feel right at home!! Devon was also fantastic!! She came by the table and made sure every was tasting great, even made sure we had straws, 10/10 would recommend!!
Tried to give the location the benefit of the doubt and emailed them rather than just writing a bad review. However, since they think sending us a certificate for half of what our order was worth is sufficient, I guess a review will be made.
We ordered delivery through their app on 5/13 and were told it would take about an hour. No big deal. Once we received the food, the order was wrong. We ordered hatch queso with chili and two orders of BOGO boneless wings. We received queso with no chips, and it looked like it had been sitting out for an hour. One of the wing orders was correct, but the other wing order came as 12 bone-in wings that were cooked so long they weren’t even edible. We also received 20 extra boneless wings that weren’t the flavors we ordered.
I tried to contact them through their website with pictures, especially since this isn’t the first time a delivery order to our house has come in wrong. After a conversation with the GM—which I thought went well—I expected at least a refund or a gift certificate equivalent to the cost of the meal. We even told him we enjoy dining in, and when we do, everything is usually great.
Instead, we received a $20 certificate for a $45 meal that was wrong. It is what it is. I just wish places would actually try to make things right, rather than just tell you what you want to hear and offer a half-effort response.
On 4/24/25 at 630pm we ordered dinner off the Buffalo Wings app for delivery from this location. We got confirmed and at around 7pm we got a text saying we would get our 0rder at 715pm, wow great earlier then what the app said. But that was the greatest fiction story ever told. As you tracked the order on the app waiting to bite into the wings and a child ready for dinner the time kept getting adjusted later and later. Now at 815pm at least 30 mins past the orginal time i called the restraunt to see what was up. A young lady answered and said they were running late but we should get our order shortly. A bummer, but working in the industry I understood NFL draft night a sports bar / wing place would be busy. At 9pm dealimg with a hungry grummpy moody teen girl who wanted dinner over an 2 hours ago i called back to now answer. At 915pm we get a text saying our order was canceled to contact the restraunt for questions and/or to reorder. Called the restraunt again and a man answered and asked to put me on hold for a sec. I said sure. Over 20 mins later still on hold, now I am no dummy but I am pretty sure they just advoiding all calls as had my wife also call and they dont even pick up. I had to break the news to my family that dinner was only a dream that we can not hope to realize. Pictured is my dinner for the night. Now i tryed to be in good spirt writing this but the main issue is this is not first time we had issue for deliveries from this location. If you can not handle it do not offer it. Only excuse for this is horrible managment we will not be back most of all because the avoidance to fixing the issue, it was the last straw.
they have touch tunes, you pay for the tunes, but don’t be surprised when you can’t hear the tunes.

Need to be proactive and shut down online orders and call customer who ordered if you won’t be able to fulfill the order for another hour and a half. Do not let custs come in, wait 40 mins and then refund them without their food, just bad.
You were 60 tickets behind and doing nothing to prevent it from getting worse. Terrible. Manager is extremely insincere, just wants the cust to leave.
Also, I was not refunded my tip or tax, just the cost of the food. Please refund my full amount.
Ordered 20 piece only got 5 piece and the rest my order. Got home found out I was shorted and everything was a mess in the bag sauce over everything. Manager redid my order
Waitress was wonderful she's my favorite! Mayra is quick, has a sixth sense of what you need without having to ask.

Hands down our Buffalo Wild Wings, my family and I live in Wentzville and we much prefer the atmosphere and service here. Myra is the absolute best and has become like family, she knows our orders for the most part unless we switch it up on her haha. honestly can’t say enough good things about her and this location, our food is always fresh and comes out 5-10 mins after it being put in, longest I think I’ve ever waited was 20 mins for food if I had to guess. Best BDubs on this side of the river!
Good service, nice and clean
Sat down at a bar table, no one came up to us. Got up after 5-10 minutes and told the hostess we wanted to just sit at a table, she sat us and no one came up to us there or made eye contact. We will not go again
