I've gotten take out every Thursday from this location for the last at least Two years. Every time I walk in the restaurant I see Myra working hard and she still makes time to get my order, outstanding worker.

Completely unacceptable, will never order here again. We ordered online for pickup, it said it would be ready at 8:30. When we arrived on time, they said it would be 10-15 minutes. At 9:15, we asked for a refund and left without our food. It shouldn’t take an hour and a half for a small pick up order. I don’t recommend.

I just ordered today to pick up order I never had them before they were the best honey barbecue wings I ever had! I have cancer and my taste in a appetite is awful so I was so happy to taste them and actually eat 5 wings and onion rings and French fries I am on chemo and this is wonderful to be able to eat these I will be going there often! We had the original honey barbecue wings!!Thanks to the people in service and the cook(wonderful) the place is in O’Fallon Mo. on Hwy K. Ann Gwaltney very happy customer!

Staff is rude and inattentive. I've never been given the right order, I have to either go back for sauces that I clearly ordered or had to tell them there that they handed me the wrong order or forgot something. Honestly, this staff is the argument against $15 minimum wage.

The chicken wings I recently consumed were nothing short of a culinary disaster. Not only did they taste old and rancid, but they also left me with food poisoning that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. The establishment's negligence in serving such subpar and potentially hazardous food is inexcusable. I strongly advise against dining there, as it's a risk to one's health and taste buds.
If there was a choice to give 0 stars I would give it, this location is absolutely sucks. My drinks were made wrong and my everything pretzels nots where under cooked and the service overall was absolutely utterly terrible. I will never be returning back to this location and I hope this location gets shut down.-Ally Hansen

You can’t tell the difference between the staff and customer's. One of the workers pants were falling down. I also seen a customer go help himself with a drink ???

Went with the family meal for take out. Food was absolutely terrible. Our regular buffalo wings came with no sauce of them. The quality of the wings were not good. My sons kids meal is the four small boneless wings and no fries. Overall, almost $70 meal and not one good thing to say about any of it. We ended up throwing most of it out as no one was interested in the food and we had ramen noodles instead. Not sure why any restaurant would let food of this quality leave their kitchen. I will never go back to this place or waste another dime there.

Food was okay, server didn’t tell us her name, we only got checked up on once or twice after we had to wave her over multiple times, waitresses and host were standing around most of the time talking. It was slow maybe only 4 other tables around us and we still had to call them over for service.
