I placed my order and was asked to pull around to the front of the building. There were already two other cars waiting, so I knew there might be a bit of a delay. That’s understandable — but when my food came out, the hash browns were cold and tasted like they’d been cooked in old grease.
If you’re going to have customers wait longer, the food really should be hot and fresh. The delay would be more understandable if the quality matched the wait.
Also, the staff member gave me my drink when I paid — then brought out a second one like he forgot he already gave it to me. Not a huge deal, but it just added to the sense that things weren’t running smoothly.
Disappointed with the experience today.

Just have to give them props. Short staffed and during a rush, I was expecting messy sliding Whopper and or incorrect something in our order, but it was spot on , hot and fresh.

About 10:15 pm I took my order and it was ready in 7 min. Everything tasted great and fresh. Definitely 5 star fast food service.
I really like Burger King. Sadly my significant other doesn’t like it too much. But I’ve been trying to get them to come with me more. When we went the most recent time, everything was filthy. Like windows and tables and everything so nasty. Also one of the workers was struggling to keep their pants on. We saw his naked butt like three times. We were feeling this was too much. I think other customers thought the same. Because people kept coming. But then leaving and going else where. It’s going to be very hard to convince my SO to return.

Went through the drive thru and the woman taking my order was very sweet. Her personality was the only reason I ended up buying extra. She did really well at upselling. The woman who brought out my food as well was very sweet. As long as these two are working there I will be back.
