Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a coke that tasted like water, cold onion rings that taste like they sat under heat lamp for a half hour, and a bacon double cheeseburger that was cold! I will never go to the O’Fallon Burger King again 🤬

Ordered 8 breakfast biscuits in the drive thru. Sat in line for 10 minutes to be told that they are out of biscuits... Order was placed at approximately 9:15 a.m. and out of biscuits already?!?! Not to mention the fact that no one bothered to come out while I was sitting in the 10-minute line to tell me that they did not have biscuits, they waited until I finally got to the window to tell me. Was I compensated for my time? Absolutely not....

Had two doordash orders today. Told two ladies about orders . Completely ignored me. Never said orders will be coming up. All orders that were priority was the drive through. Waited 30 minutes then had contact doordash about the store and situation off employees not making the doordash order.

I placed my order and was asked to pull around to the front of the building. There were already two other cars waiting, so I knew there might be a bit of a delay. That’s understandable — but when my food came out, the hash browns were cold and tasted like they’d been cooked in old grease.
If you’re going to have customers wait longer, the food really should be hot and fresh. The delay would be more understandable if the quality matched the wait.
Also, the staff member gave me my drink when I paid — then brought out a second one like he forgot he already gave it to me. Not a huge deal, but it just added to the sense that things weren’t running smoothly.
