Went thru drive thru. Waited and kept saying hello and no response. The screen looked as if it were broken. The service was horrible and in the morning at 6 am they’re never open it’s really a waste and shame how this Burger King has gone down.

Order a chicken sandwich with no mayonnaise the receipt said no mayonnaise got home took out the sandwich found a sticker on the sandwich that the cook put on the wrapper that said no mayonnaise. Open the sandwich and it had mayonnaise on the top and bottom of the sandwich no time to go back sandwich went in trash

Came by last week on my lunch break, messed up a couple of things, no big deal. Called to let them know and they said they would take care of it. A few days later when I returned they knew me by name and hooked me up with free lunch. Exceptional service, thank you.

Wanted my free whopper today, now, I have to miss out because this store doesn't want to take online orders. They're pretending to be closed. I'm surprised the owner is accepting this. The employees obviously aren't getting paid enough to care, at all. Taco Bell has a line down the street, Burger King is completely empty. Extremely disappointed in this location. Just close permanently already.

Was in the mood for whoppers, so I went here to get some. There's no one in drive thru and no customers inside. Employee still had to shout in the intercom to "take a minute and read the menu, I'll be with you in a minute" when I rolled up and said my order. Waited literally a minute then drove to the taco bell. Writing this review while in the drive thru line.

Don’t come here the other day I was at this establishment there was a man yelling at the workers, he gave me a free ice cream cone but while he was talking to me his breathed smelled heavy with alcohol he was swearing at the employees saying he doesn’t care who quits, just overall disturbing the peace by yelling throughout the store this establishment needs to be shut down and restaffed I don’t recommend this place who has drunk employees!

Dining room closed so just got delivery. They messed up the order making it inedible for me and then gave me attitude when I brought it all the way back for them to remake it. They tried blaming the delivery driver also when the bag was sealed upon arrival and he's not the one who put the wrong ingredients on. Upon giving me a fresh order, they still messed it up. Never again.... at least for delivery. They can't be trusted.

Currently sitting in the parking lot waiting on my order it's been over 30 mins then when I finally call in the store because the doors are locked I get the manager on the phone and she starts snapping at me I understand being short staff is a problem but this is not how you treat a paying customer avoid this location if you are hungry and want to be treated with respect
