Cecil Whittaker's Pizzeria

I ordered chicken strips and the website offered “dipping sauce” - they came lathered in the dipping sauce instead of it being on the side. I called the store just to ask if I could get a remake and the manager was really rude and told me it comes like that at least 5 times. I’ve ordered these before at two different locations and the sauce came on the side.

At the end of the day it’s just food, but paying $40 and then receiving bad service, wouldn’t be something I could recommend to anyone.

I have to hand it to the new owners at Cecil Whitaker’s Pizza—this is hands down the best CWP I’ve ever had! Absolutely amazing. I bought the Crazy Deal buy one XL get one XL pizza for half off.

If you tried it before the new ownership, do yourself a favor and give it another shot. The difference is night and day. You can tell they care about quality and customer experience. Highly recommended!

We had a large group on Friday evening. Met the new manager and he explained some changes that had occurred. We had great service, even better food, and a great time with family!

Just tried the place again after ownership change. Was very impressed with the food service and very pleased with the interaction with the new owner. He was personable and professional. Looking forward to many meals in the future. Working across the road from the restaurant I'm thrilled to have the option again

I love this place. There aren't too many thin crust places nearby but this is definitely my favorite out of them. The pizza is always delicious, the wings are always perfectly cooked, the salads are pretty filling, and the people here are always so friendly. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Called to place an order for dine in ahead of time since we would be showing up at 8 and they close at 9, so that we could eat and be out way before closing time. The girl was rude with an attitude, refused to take our order, then stated the dining actually closes at 830 (I guess we should have ordered as take out and just sat in any way). Went to a different location and had no issues, will forever drive out of my way to stop giving this place my weekly pizza money.

I was a frequent customer for 25 years until
They changed ownership and literally took away every deal they had worth getting.

Unlike the Wolfrum and Jungermann locations, which kept all the deals below, they chose to be cheap turn their backs on loyal customers:

No longer serving late night specials, Monday nights 1/2 off dine in , Tuesday customer appreciation days, or buy one get one free Xtra larges.

But wait, you can call Wolfrum or Jungermann and get those deals. Forget this store, I’ll sit and eat a pizza from Wolfrum outside their door when they shut down.

That is not how you reward long time customers. I’ve told everyone I know to boycott this joke of a location. Happy going out of business Cecil’s Ofallon.

They don’t take gift cards anymore so if you’re trying to pay that way don’t count on it. They were really nice about it though!!

It’s Friday night how in the heck are they closed at 9 o’clock?

I've been coming to Cecils most of my life and love it so much. More pizza than Imos for the money and tastes great, too!

Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options pizza, salads, Fried Califlower, and fried mushrooms. However, a call to the store can help determine if it meets your requirements as it is still a place that prepares meat items.

Parking: Parking is right outside the door and ample parking is available as it is within a strip mall.

Kid-friendliness: They have a few arcade machine games for the kiddos. A claw machine.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking is available, and lot leads to their front entrance where it is wheel chair accessible but the front door and entryway is a bit tight but is accessible. Seating inside allows for wheel chairs also at a few tables or can adjust wheel chair to the end of booth.
