Good, friendly service and keen sense of organization is always present at Chic-fil-A, and usually the food is good. However, after giving this 1 breakfast menu item at least 5 chances, it continues to amaze me how awful it is. It's the sausage, egg and cheese on an english muffin. The english muffin is as hard as a rock, and I have to take it off and end up throwing it away. I'm always grabbing it on the run, so am too far down the road to bring it back and make a complaint....

I ordered for delivery. I put on my order that I wanted 3 chick-fil-a, which I did pay extra for, and I ordered a sweet tea with my food. When I got my food there was no sauce in the bag and the sweet tea was not sweet at all.

Food is always very good but I have to give one star for service because everytime we come,the drive thru always forgets something in the bag,I don't care how many times you remind them to please don't forget,it doesn't matter.... People check your bags before you leave the drive thru.
This is a ongoing issue for the last couple years.
