Honestly, the best thing about Chick-fil-A is that it’s right next to Seven Brew—because that’s where Kylie Walden works. Kylie is hands-down the highlight of my day every time I stop by. Her energy, kindness, and customer service are unmatched, and she makes every visit feel personal and fun. Worst drive thru set up of any location in STL…..you have successful models to follow…..use them. Hwy K OFallon or Chesterfield is much better IMO

DO NOT order through the APP and expect them to get your order correct. You'd think I would be smart enough not to go through this 5 TIMES.. We are not placing huge orders. It is 3-4 people eating and there is MISSING FOOD EVERY TIME!!!!!!!!

Always fast, friendly and proficient! Never mess an order up. They go above and beyond for sure. Prices are high, but don’t mind paying for the great food and fast, friendly service
Love having this chic fil a here because it’s closer to my job. Unfortunately haven’t been able to go there on lunch for the past 4 weeks or so due to one line only being for mobile app orders. Terrible idea and whoever approves of this idea should be demoted to washing toilets. Get better chic fil a

Placed a dinner order through mobile app. I came to pick up and was greeted with a literal 45-minute wait(no exaggeration)in the drive-thru. I've never seen a Chikfila this disorganized. Line wasn't moving, bags kept going to wrong cars, then back into the store. My Chikfila experience felt worse than Popeyes, and we all know that is a very low bar.
Every other chikfila I've been to is extremely fast and efficient. Why can't this one figure it out? Very disappointed as someone who loves Chikfila.

Looks like Chick-fil-A is on the move to get ride of employees. Now they have the slow Drive Thru side and the fast Mobile Thru. I came to Chick-fil-A for the service but order food on an app isn't service. Sad to see. Hopefully they will see the error of their ways and move back.
