Ordered shrimp fried rice house specialty. There was not one piece of shrimp in it me also the picture on the menu looked nothing like what I got. The crab rangoon was supposed to be filled with cream and crab and there was no crab Thank goodness there are other Chinese restaurants available in the area.

TLDR: Don’t come to this restaurant, but if you decide to come here anyway at least use cash, for your own peace of mind!!!Besides not enjoying the food personally, my take out order being messed up, and the entire inside of the building being covered in a layer of visible grime, I had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! The lady was having technical difficulties with the credit card machine, and as someone who has worked plenty of retail jobs I know how frustrating it is when that happens. I waited patiently until she attempted to run my card for 4th time, at which point roughly 15 mins of me standing there and her on the phone with tech support had passed. I told her sorry but I needed to go because I was on my lunch break, and asked for my card back and SHE REFUSED to give me my debit card back! I asked 3 more times, while getting progressively more upset and less polite, and she did not give me my card back until it was successfully charged, which took another 3 attempts on her end. My food was still behind the counter so I couldn’t have taken it without paying, nor did I ask to do so! I was extremely upset and in tears by the time I was walking out with my food, and by then I no longer even wanted it! I have NEVER been in a customer service situation (on either side, cashier or customer) where someone’s debit card was kept from them and charged against their will after they stated they no longer wanted the product they were attempting to buy! I feel taken advantage of and if I could do more than leave a 1 star review, I would! DO NOT COME HERE!!!

It's a hole-in-the-wall Chinese takeout joint. If you're expecting exquisite atmosphere, you should try someplace else. If you want delicious food and friendly service, this is the place for you.

I agree. Not much of an atmosphere,but the food and service was far more superior to some of the other Chinese restaurants I've been to. When I got there the owners were very courteous and polite. The food was hot and delicious. Give China king on hwy k a try, and I'm sure you'll be impressed.

The ONLY thing good about this place is the service. Nice people. With that being said, the food is seriously disgusting and whatever you eat, it leaves a terrible after taste in your mouth. Tastes like they cook EVERYTHING in the same old oil. "Chicken" had a strange color and terrible flavor. I SERIOUSLY believe this place should be looked into by the health dept. Rather than waste your money, message me - I'll kick you and take your money - trust me, that would be preferable to eating this "food." ??????

I am horrified by the delivery driver. My daughter in law placed an online order for both of us for a dear family friend who had lost her son a few days prior, so she did not have to cook dinner. My daughter in law SPECIFICALLY asked for a tip to be put on HER card and it was not. Our friend was accosted by the driver complaining about no tip. Somehow the driver must have dialed my daughter in law during delivery so she has a voicemail with the whole altercation on it. My friend said numerous times that she was not the one who placed the order and then told him she had just lost a family member, she ended up having to give him CASH out of her pocket, so the experience that should have helped a grieving mom ended up being a stressor and a bad experience. I am truly baffled by this. I understand tips are important i really do. But this is not ok. The tip was supposed to be there, it was the person that took the orders mistake and again my friend did not place the order.
I just wanted something quick and cheap before my next client and I hate I wasted money here. The steamed dumplings were super greasy and had a foul taste the inside was burnt. They also gave me hot chilly oil sauce with them. The spring rolls were put together horrible and still cold on the inside. I DO NOT

I am not sure of a Chinese restaurant that has a dining room open since covid, but this place won't even let you in the door. Food also is not very good . New China is much better, but we are still searching for something to replace Chinatown express.

Just ordered this evening and got a very simple hard to mess up dish. General Taos chicken... It is absouluetly disgusting. I'm bringing it back tot hem tomorrow. Has a bad after taste and thr chicken almost taste old and over fried. I'm very dissapointed
