This was at the Arnold MO location. I ordered 6 wings level 3 to start. Also ordered a chicken sandwich level 6. this is my first time ordering from here. Like a bad habit I'll be going back! The wings were spicier than expected but awesome. I'm just used to stuff saying it's spicy and it's not spicy enough for me. It's not just spicy. The wings were crunchy, juicy and had amazing flavor. I'll leave another review about the chicken sandwich as I'll eat that later.

Its alright. The food is pretty good but its a bit pricy for what it is. It wasn't anything special but cost 50% than a run of the mill chicken place. Additional charges for all sides and honestly, the spiciness levels are just wrong. 3 is labeled as "try at your own risk" but was more accurately like a 3/10 rather than 3/6. Plenty of potential tho.

The food was tasty enough, the level 1 spice was almost non existent, the level 2 spice definitely was what I was expecting the level 1 to be. So maybe go up a level in spice from what you’re expecting.

Placed a To-Go order. The in store ordering is done on a kiosk. ( just like Taco Bell or McDonalds) . The menu is very simple to choose from. I spent a little over $42 for a spicy chicken sandwich, two combos with single sides and no drinks.
The order didn’t take long to be ready. We went with heat level 3-4. Heat was there but not enough to make you want to stop eating. Wife had the sweats and runny nose but said it was a good heat. We chose the 3 wings 2 tender combos, one with slaw and the other with Mac n cheese. Tenders are actually very big and flavorful as well as the wings. Chicken sandwich was a very decent size. Portions of the sides are very small. This and it being slightly expensive chicken is only reason this place got 4/5 stars for me. Other wise we enjoyed it and I would recommend others to give it a try.
Parking: When I went they were not busy. BUT I could see the parking lot get hectic if they were in a lunch rush, or if the neighboring businesses was busy at the same time and Chucks Hot chicken.

I made an online order to pick-up in the restaurant. I go in to pick-up my food and it was ready, but maybe the fact this was my first time there as I just moved here, people do not check the accuracy of the orders. I asked if my sauces were in the bag, the gentleman said yes, and I took his word for it. I also never received my drink I payed for, a Watermelon Crush. My daughter’s three piece chicken tenders was SO spicy she was crying and refused to eat. There is NO number listed to contact the store so I emailed them. That was two days ago, almost three now. I’ve never even heard of ordering food from somewhere, and they don’t even have a business number to call, absolutely bizarre. No one has reached out to me which is disappointing because I’ve had nothing but good food in this town since I moved here. Not going back.
Edit: I did not post this on the Maryland Heights location, it clearly says the one listed in O’Fallon on Highway K. The fact I’ve waited this long for a reply at all tells me absolutely everything I need to know. Then pushing it on another store is wild. You can easily see which location I made a review for. Not going back.
