The service and management were terrible. We were told they were having some issues and that food would take about 45 minutes, we were understanding and agreed to wait. However, it ended up taking an hour and a half. Customers who arrived 45 minutes after us got their food, ate, and left before we even received ours. When our food finally came, it was wrong. The manager made no effort to make it right and only offered excuses. This was, without a doubt, the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Ordered online, picked up order and drove back home only to find out they left two of our sandwiches out of the order that we paid for. Now I have to drive all the way back to hopefully get my items they chose to leave out. Now by the time I get back home all food is cold and Culvers once again disappointed us. It’s not rocket science Culvers, get it right. You charge a premium price for what? It’s definitely not the service or the food.

My family came to visit from our of state and wanted to try Culvers, if never been, but it was a decent burger. Our orders arrived a bit jumbled to our table, so we had to sort it out, but eventually got it figured out.

Server was a very pleasant woman (not a teenager). The food was ok, but Culvers is terrible with its burger toppings. I typically ask for pickle, ketchup, mustard. And almost every time, the burger has virtually no ketchup or mustard to speak of. And sometimes Im given a burger with cheese... despite never asking for it.

this is horrible establishment everyone was rude the fries were butt but the people serving us were complete jerks who threatens to call the cops on us for waiting for our food after getting kicked out for absaloutly nothing

While all the employees were working hard, a big shout out to Jordan who was working his tail off! He was quick, efficient and polite. He showed a great work ethic!
