Great place except today, 11/13. Used the drive-thru around 9-9:10. Got to the speaker and the lady asked for my order, I ordered and she started talking to someone else. Then when she was done talking asked me again what I wanted as if it were the first time she asked. Did not request a name for the order, or provide a total. When I arrived at the window she had me waiting again for about a minute or longer and when she finally decided to open the window she immediately hands me my drink and the ticket before taking payment and still did not provide a total. Never saw her before at this hour. Thought she was rude.

Very rude drive thru service! We asked them to hold so we can look at the menu! The second employee came over the intercom seconds later and in the middle of me ordering she interrupted asking over and over if that was all! NO that was not all.. I was not finished with the first item! We told her to cancel since she was in a rush we knew our food would be rushed! NO STARS FOR THIS CULVERS due to the poor customer service! Mexico rd Culver's is very patient and polite! 👎

I ordered a simple burger combo and 7 cars behind got their food as I sat here for over 30 minutes for them to have lost my ticket. Terrible service. Cold food and nothing offered for their absolute inconvenience. Do not go here
The service and management were terrible. We were told they were having some issues and that food would take about 45 minutes, we were understanding and agreed to wait. However, it ended up taking an hour and a half. Customers who arrived 45 minutes after us got their food, ate, and left before we even received ours. When our food finally came, it was wrong. The manager made no effort to make it right and only offered excuses. This was, without a doubt, the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Ordered online, picked up order and drove back home only to find out they left two of our sandwiches out of the order that we paid for. Now I have to drive all the way back to hopefully get my items they chose to leave out. Now by the time I get back home all food is cold and Culvers once again disappointed us. It’s not rocket science Culvers, get it right. You charge a premium price for what? It’s definitely not the service or the food.
