Great place except today, 11/13. Used the drive-thru around 9-9:10. Got to the speaker and the lady asked for my order, I ordered and she started talking to someone else. Then when she was done talking asked me again what I wanted as if it were the first time she asked. Did not request a name for the order, or provide a total. When I arrived at the window she had me waiting again for about a minute or longer and when she finally decided to open the window she immediately hands...
My family came to visit from our of state and wanted to try Culvers, if never been, but it was a decent burger.
Our orders arrived a bit jumbled to our table, so we had to sort it out, but eventually got it figured out.

Server was a very pleasant woman (not a teenager). The food was ok, but Culvers is terrible with its burger toppings. I typically ask for pickle, ketchup, mustard. And almost every time, the burger has virtually no ketchup or mustard to speak of. And sometimes Im given a burger with cheese... despite never asking for it.
