I kept hearing yelling from the staff behind the counter, a lot of it not very good words. A lady in a hot pink shirt and leggings (who worked there) was throwing some sort of food at the other employees. I also saw when other people were ordering, i believe the kitchen had music very loud(it was inappropriate music too) and was making it hard for the customers to hear the people who were taking their order. I normally have decent service but this was just completely terrible. They can’t even make up for their cold food with their behavior.

I’ve never met someone who could roll their eyes with such Olympic-level athleticism. The “manager” Patty, deserves a gold medal in being annoyed by my existence. Food was terrible too, but honestly the attitude was the main course.

Generally speaking the food is pretty good. But the last 3 times I’ve ordered here the food has come out long after the time they said it would be ready. 30-40 minutes after…. And somehow it comes out cold? Don’t come to this location unless you’re not hungry and can wait all day. And make sure you check your order as it is usually missing something!

Culver's is our go to for a quick meal. Consistently tasty food and good service.
It took 34 minutes for our food to be brought to us after ordering and paying at the drive thru. Unacceptable. Went in to get a refill after eating in the parking lot with our dog. Another customer was angrily demanding his money back.
