Stopped in this hidden gem today for a couple of drinks and some lunch. The perfect atmosphere perfect location and I wish I had the workers' names to shout them out here two fellas who were kind and accommodating, good dudes for sure. My kinda place. This place allowed a grown man customer to chest bump a woman employee and degrade her in front of everyone and didn't have security to deal with it, didn't remove the man and then fired their employee over it. I would not ever visit this place as a woman - it's not safe and I have zero respect for the owners. ZERO STARS!

Dog prairie is a great, out of the way bar. Bar food is good.
The "Dog" has a lot going for it. It's the only tavern in this x-erb small town. Lots of outdoor seating, They have a heated and enclosed smoking area attached to the tavern. A menu fit for a top-notch tavern. Live music on Friday and Saturday. TV's, a jukebox. Lent fish fry is a smash hit. It's kid friendly. Sandlot volleyball in the summer. This place was built to serve the community, and our community supports it.
