Just had my son’s 7th birthday party there today and we had a blast!! We had a party of 30 and our server Katherine was amazing! We always had our drinks, our food came out fast, and she was so sweet to my kid. She was really helpful with all the things I needed. I’m sure she had other tables but we couldn’t tell. We were there for about 4 hours and she did great the whole time. My friend told me she wants to have her daughter’s birthday there and is planning on requesting Katherine as her server. Love Dogwood Social! Katherine-tell your grandma Mary I said hi!

This is a great place to take a mixed group of ages (kids to adults). The seating option variety was great and the beer wall was fun. The food just ok and the space was oddly divided. It wasn't a great fit for our group of adults.

We decided to visit Dogwood Social House for the first time. The service was good, the food was ok. We ordered the hummus and were told the kitchen was out of carrots. For our main entrees we ordered a bacon cheeseburger which was excellent, we also ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich. While it tasted great, the chicken patty was tiny and not worth the price. If you are expecting a chickfila type of filet, you will be disappointed. You should get 2 portions to make 1 full size chicken patty.
We wanted to try the arcade and this is when things went downhill. We had to wait several minutes for someone to come to the front desk so we could purchase the card. I would say over 90% of the games had some sort of issue. Many were either turned off or had an error message. The bowling games didn't have a ball, nor did the basketball game. There were only a couple games actually working correctly. The arcade was definitely not a good value for the money, and I do not recommend wasting your money on it. The atmosphere was fun and this place has a lot of potential, but we were disappointed.

**Edit: Was going to update this to give credit to the owner for responding to so many reviews…. Until I saw the one where he forgot to delete “ChatGPT” from the top. They’re literally just feeding reviews into an AI chatbot and copy/pasting the replies. Doubt this place makes it.
Third time visiting tonight and very disappointing. I really liked this place the first time I came but I’m worried it won’t make it if others are having similar experiences.
We came in with another couple to have drinks and dinner and watch the City game. They’d had it on tv in the past. We asked the server if they could put it on and she told us they are unable to stream Apple TV. No big deal, it’s not a normal channel. We stayed anyway. Then we see a huge banner by the arcade advertising that they have every MLS game on tv. So we ask again. She rudely tells us that she already told us they can’t stream it. Okay, whatever. Service was awful all the way around. It took forever to get waters, drinks, food, and we sat for more than 30 minutes trying to close our tabs without a server in sight. We were there for close to 3 hours and never had a single thing cleared from our table. 10 minutes before we leave, the City game comes up on the main screen. Guess they had it the whole time, she just never bothered to ask anyone.
Food is decent and reasonably priced. Good drink menu but the pours are weak and inconsistent. Arcade has lots of games but several were malfunctioning or missing balls.
I really hope they get it together. It’s a cool place and I want it to succeed. I won’t be back though unless I hear things have improved.

We had a family gathering here. It was free to reserve tables for 25 people. We then ordered appetizers and pizza for everyone. The food was great and reasonably priced. The service was great. The kids and adults were occupied the whole time with the free games and enjoyed the arcade. We also were able to watch all of the Sunday football games on the many screens.

My fiancé and I are new to the area and never heard of this place so we decided to check it out.
We first walk in and notice no one is at the front desk so we decide to go to the bar and get a couple drinks and an appetizer. Initially the bartender was attentive and got our drinks quickly and she was also very nice. After the drinks though it was hard to get her attention to get a menu so we ended up grabbing one that someone else had left on the bar.
We got the pretzel nachos and they weren’t good in our opinion but that’s just us so I’m not blaming anyone for that.
We got two (1 hour) game cards and headed to play some games. Immediately my fiancé won top score on the baseball throwing game and won over 600 tickets…but the screen said something about the tickets not being awarded so we went to ask the front desk to which she informed us that any tickets won when using hour games cards don’t count. We really felt as if this was something that should have been posted somewhere or told to us prior to purchasing the hour game cards.
Overall we will not be coming back which is disappointing because the place looks cool and has potential to be fun but this first experience just did it in for us.
We reserved seating for our party of 12…we did this 3 weeks ahead of time. I do wish we had the couches but it is what it is. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We were able to feed all of us with pizza and appetizers and had plenty of left overs for later. Prices are extremely reasonable.
Downsides are the axe throwing was completely closed, the Dippin dots just need to be removed. No dippin dots and filled with ice. A worker was only working the front table very randomly to obtain game cards. We did bottomless mimosas and they ran out of champagne. Service was pretty slow.
Overall, everyone really enjoyed themselves. The food was great and we will definitely come back.
