None of the games work and the manager on duty gave me a huge sigh right in front of me when I told her I wanted a refund.

Visited the OFallon Mo location today for the first time. The place is crazy big. Food was ok. Server didn't bother to tell us there were certain things on the menu that were not available. 2 of us had to change what we ordered. No signage about the arcade play. Alot of the games were broken. It is not a 1 and done but we will try another location to see if we have better service and experience.

Hairs in my food and drinks, all our ketchup was out and servers did nothing. Brought someone whos allergic to pork and they put pork in the bottom of her plate! Half the arcade Machines were down and not working. Probably wont go again… only nice worker was tyler!

We had the best waiter! The food was not at all what I expected! The food was so good. My lemon drop martini was delicious! The kids had fun with the games. We will be back!

Just had my son’s 7th birthday party there today and we had a blast!! We had a party of 30 and our server Katherine was amazing! We always had our drinks, our food came out fast, and she was so sweet to my kid. She was really helpful with all the things I needed. I’m sure she had other tables but we couldn’t tell. We were there for about 4 hours and she did great the whole time. My friend told me she wants to have her daughter’s birthday there and is planning on requesting Katherine as her server. This is a great place to take a mixed group of ages (kids to adults). The seating option variety was great and the beer wall was fun. The food just ok and the space was oddly divided. It wasn't a great fit for our group of adults.

We decided to visit Dogwood Social House for the first time. The service was good, the food was ok. We ordered the hummus and were told the kitchen was out of carrots. For our main entrees we ordered a bacon cheeseburger which was excellent, we also ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich. While it tasted great, the chicken patty was tiny and not worth the price. If you are expecting a chickfila type of filet, you will be disappointed. You should get 2 portions to make 1 full size chicken patty.

We wanted to try the arcade and this is when things went downhill. We had to wait several minutes for someone to come to the front desk so we could purchase the card. I would say over 90% of the games had some sort of issue. Many were either turned off or had an error message. The bowling games didn't have a ball, nor did the basketball game. There were only a couple games actually working correctly. The arcade was definitely not a good value for the money, and I do not recommend wasting your money on it. The atmosphere was fun and this place has a lot of potential, but we were disappointed.

Had a large group and Donnie took such great care of us even despite us being a lot. Highly recommend for adults and kids and large teams!

I got some bar food was great! Loads of stuff to do, huge screens to watch sports, and awesome helpful staff! Definitely recommend and returning!!

Saturday, October 5, 2024 was my first time visiting Dogwood Social House. We were there celebrating my sister’s 40th birthday. It was 15 people in our party and our waitress Lauren was amazing!! The food and drinks were awesome and it was an all around great experience!
