We ordered a deluxe pizza. What showed up was a pizza-like item that appeared to be just burnt crust and sauce. When I called them they stated “well that is how you ordered it, you didn’t select any toppings!” I told them that I didn’t think I would need to select any toppings for a deluxe pizza. They said that since I orders on DoorDash that I did. My father and I both had to explain that what is the point of ordering a deluxe without any toppings. They told us that we ordered it weird and it was not uncommon to receive weird orders so they made it like “we ordered”. They told us that it was DoorDash that had to issue the refund. It took a lot of explaining that it should be on them to refund us for them to actually do this. Kudos to DoorDash for rectifying the issue in a timely fashion and offering us an extra refund for time and trouble.

I ordered a takeout pizza and I went to pick it up. I paid and as he walked away I asked for a few red pepper and Parmesan PACKETS. The short hairy dude at the counter said “We sell them in “‘cups’ and they’re a $1.50 a piece.” Ok then…. I would have bought them if it wasn’t for the attitude and soulless, deadpan interaction. Didn’t even offer me my receipt. Won’t be back.

It's a good food place, prices are a little high but that's with all pizza places now a days, deserts are tasty, service is efficient, and staff are overall friendly, I recommend the stuffed crust pizza, if you like cheese.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s store. I ordered a thin crust pizza without cheese, but what I received was an overbaked, burnt pizza with blackened edges—it looked and tasted terrible.
When I requested a remake, the staff said it would turn out the same even if they redid it. I spoke to the store manager hoping for a better response, but instead, he argued with me and insisted this was the expected result for a cheese-less thin crust pizza. Very unprofessional and dismissive.
Luckily, I had gone for store pickup—if this had been delivered, I would’ve thrown it straight into the dustbin. I didn’t want to argue further, so I requested a refund and left. Really poor customer service and attitude. Won’t be returning to this location.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Our school has had a great relationship for the last 10 years in ordering pizzas to celebrate our seniors from this location, but this year, that is not the case. I called yesterday about the order, and after waiting, the staff member confirmed with the general manager that they could do our order with times and estimated the # of pizzas. The staff member told me to call back in the morning to give the final order. I called back today, and they told me the gm changed his mind, won't put me in contact with him, and could not explain to me the change. I DO NOT recommend this location. Luckily, Little Caesars was very accommodating and happy to take our order.
