Domino's Pizza

I’ve tried giving this location multiple chances but this is the third time this has happened. I placed my order a little before 5:00pm. I got a notification saying it was being prepped at 5:00 and then NOTHING. Called the store at 6:00 to listen to the same hold message over and over for almost thirty minutes. No one ever picked up the phone. It’s finally 7:00pm and at 7:02 I got a notification it was cancelled. This is seriously ridiculous. If you can’t fulfill orders then don’t take them.

Ordered thru the app which said 8-13 minutes for pickup arived 15 minutes and the pizza wasn't even made or put in the oven, which ended up taking 35 total minutes.

Ordered sausage onion bacon, sparse sausage, one piece of onion and no bacon. I have read bad write-ups on this location, thought I give it the benefit of the doubt. I Won't be back

Second time from this veterans location our order has been cancelled. Not 10 minutes after placed, but after 45 minutes, and only after I called the store twice. This location doesn't staff properly

Ordered a pizza at 1055 on Saturday night said it would be 45 min and then an hour and a half later I call to check on delivery and the store has an automated voice over with no one answering the phone to see if my orders even on the way or not... really great when you've worked all day and night and didn't stop for food and ordered a pizza and it just don't show

This place is filled with Rockstars. My pizza, cheesy jalapeño bread, and lava cakes were made to absolute perfection. And when I say fast, I mean, light speed. Made me wonder if Barry Allen was working undercover at Dominos, cause it was done in a Flash.

Update: a year later we tried them again…this time there was a cockroach in our pizza 🤬🤬🤮🤮 called up and they denied the possibility of course. Wanted to argue with me about a refund. Finally got him to agree. He took my Credit card info and said 5-7 days. Called up 13 days later because no refund was issued. He said we don’t do refunds in store and would not ask for card info. Told me To call corporate. This is not over dominoes!!!

The only thing this dominos is consistent at is disappointment, poor quality, and terrible customer service.

Waited 20+ minutes. Order was already cold when they gave it to me. The Spinach Feta cheese bread was embarrassing. One tiny piece of spinach in the entire thing. Half the bread didn’t even have any cheese.

drive further to another location: this one sucks

No inside dining area but food is always fresh and they are quick. Crew is always professional and clean cut in there appearance. They never forget my Soda either!! Good for a quickly delivered meal.

Ordered a special vegi pizza with additional toppings. It came with nearly zero toppings. Unheard of for a pizza that costs $26!

Waited over an hour for one large pizza an cheese bread to be delivered, and when it finally showed up it looked terrible. Won’t order dominos again anytime soon

The staff is great, the food is always delicious. If by chance something is wrong with the order they are on top of it no questions asked.

Quality of the food has just gotten worse and worse each time. Don’t think we will order from here anymore. The cheesy bread was a burnt flatbread and the pizza was not properly made either- crust not as requested/ somehow it was a thin crust also…
