Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered two M&M blizzards, each with extra M&Ms, to go. Get home and open them to find not just no extra M&Ms, but no M&Ms hardly at all. We basically got two cups of vanilla ice cream. I could count on one hand the number of spoonfuls that had a piece M&M in it in the entire thing. Not very happy at all. If you want plain vanilla ice cream with maybe 5 M&Ms in the entire thing for the price of blizzards with extra toppings , this is the place for you.

I had a hamburger that looked like it came out of the freezer.It was dried out and it was awful tasted awful

I got serious beef with this Dairy Queen. Ain’t EVER been a single time they don’t short me on sauce. I ask the same thing every single time when I order a chicken strip basket—sub the gravy for an extra honey mustard, and even started clarifying afterwards, “so two honey mustards”, and they be like “okay!”
Never once have I gotten those two honey mustards. If I call them on it, it’s never an apology and giving me the sauce I ordered, but a new excuse every time—“Oh we don’t give extra sauces” (it ain’t extra, I’m subbing the dang gravy!), “you’d have to pay extra” (Okay, then charge me—but you don’t, you just say “okay!” and then don’t give it to me for why exactly???), “We out of honey mustard” (where’d you get the first one then??). This hasn’t just been a couple times, but like the past 20 times I’ve been. So done with this! I used to love this dairy queen when I was a kid, and they so close by I was hoping they’d cut this out by now, but nope. I literally just want enough sauce for my six chicken strips cos one ain’t enough for all that! Not worth the irritation every time, so buh-bye.

I just went there before I came to work and my fries were old like they were sitting in the warmer for like an hour. My chicken was also old and chewy and they gave me a straight raw bread. Basically didn’t even really toast it and lather it and butter. I’m not eating any of it

I ordered a strawberry cheesecake, blizzard medium size and a small blizzard Snickers and one pup cup pup cup did not have a biscuit in it for $1.20 did not get a medium size strawberry cheesecake blizzard I ended up with something else small size got a small what I believe is a s’mores blizzard again I ordered a Snickers . I’ve called the store several times and nobody answers to get a replacement so here. I am on giving you a three star review for that reason.

Ordered a burger, 2 ice creams and a side of pickles. The window lady laughed about me only getting a burger and proceeded to put a side of sprinkles instead of pickles in my bag. Super bad customer service and super frustrating to pay for the wrong thing (I paid for pickles and got sprinkles…I don’t want sprinkles on my burger) and a barely warm burger. Also asked and paid for a side of hardening chocolate and received a side of hot fudge. Way to ruin a night and thanks for laughing at me rude drive through lady. We can hear you!!!

We visited here a few weeks ago and even though it was slammed, we got through the drive thru in no time. huge props to the team for hustling. Our blizzards were chock full with ingredients. 5/5!

I wanted a mint oreo blzzard it came out white and i said something she said thats all we can do ! Also i ordered a chicken salad 🥗 hardly no chicken just crumbs !

So I paid an extra $1 to add the blue cookie crunch stuff and there’s like none even in my blizzard
