Best Dunkin I've been too and I've been to a lot. The place itself was very clean and a friendly atmosphere! The employees greeted me right away and asked me for my order, I had ordered ahead of time and it didn't seem to be ready which was totally fine, but it turns out the employee was waiting for me to arrive to put the cold foam on so It didn't melt. What a wonderful gesture to increase satisfaction. Ended up being the best coffee, I've had in a while!

What is the point of wearing gloves if you’re going to accept payments, pick up stuff off the floor, and then touch the donuts directly? Not sanitary at all! Multiple employees doing this! Some locations understand the purpose of gloves in replace them instead of washing hands, this place just puts them on and doesn’t replace them between activities. Nasty!

Unbelievable! I can't believe what just happened! I paid $26.98 for TWO munchkins buckets at the store, and they assured me they would call when they were ready for pickup. Guess what? They NEVER called me! 😠😡 It's so frustrating to deal with this kind of service. I've been waiting and waiting, and not a single word from them. Seriously, how hard is it to keep your promise and call a customer? I'm beyond angry right now!

Mobile order, pickup inside 1. Upon arrival informed me one of my items was out of stock so subbed with something cheaper and did not refund difference (I only noticed after I left the price diff) 2. Waited 20 min for order - after it was supposed to be ready. there were no customers in the store other than myself 3. Munchkins box of 50 - stale! Like hard as a rock stale at 6:30 am :( 4. Employee could not speak nor understand English
