We enjoyed another fabulous authentic Mexican dinner last week!
The hot sizzling Pollo Cancun with cheese melted over shrimp, and chicken was wonderful!!
Normally, I enjoy the Taco Salad in a Fried shell, my favorite, but wanted to explore the shrimp 🍤 and Chicken served on a sizzling oven plate.
The Shrimp and Chicken with mushrooms far surpassed my expectations.
